It's unfortunate there are many who could not get hold of this bundle. I guess few people brought many units to sell later at a marked price hence a shortage of supply meant the price shot up. I hope the retailers have a policy like no more than 2 units per customer next time. Now coming to the bundle itself it comes with a physical copy of the spiderman game with the label "not for resale" in place of UPC. Mine came with software version 5.5 and so an update was required at start in order to update the system to version 6 so that I can access the ps network. The system is quite light and is super quiet which is a big plus.

Stop complaining about price, this is still a good deal.

I don’t know why people a annoyed that the Black Friday price is no longer good. That’s what makes it a “special” the regular PS4 is $299 this includes a game even when buying the items separately this does end up being a better deal than purchasing the items separately. I considered buying one from the warehouse deals, but decided to get a new one instead. This was easy to set up. We were not able to connect to the PS store or activate the free PlayStation Plus trial. I had to go into the safe mode and initialize the console in order to do this. After that, everything works really well.

Love it, playing like a god on Spider-Man

A Steal..... at $199! (+tax)

I bought this when it was on sale during Black Friday 2018. I grew up playing a Sega Master System 2 and have finally got around buying the latest console. At the price of 199, you can't beat it. I was contemplating a Playstation Pro but this deal was too good to pass up on as I am a casual gamer and not overly fussed about paying twice as much as what the Pro can offer. Console arrived brand new and I am loving the Spider-man game. A couple of reviews talked about internet problems. I have used two different internet providers & two different routers in the short span of time of owning this console and have had ZERO Playstation Network troubles and always connected first time. I am not calling them liars but the chances are it's your own equipment or internet at fault because if everyone else is connecting fine, it's probably a problem your end. Try resetting your modem/router or speak to your internet peoples. For those that missed out on this years Black Friday saving if you are ok in waiting another 12 months there will likely be the same sort of deals, if not better next year. Additional note, you might want to buy a 2nd control pad to enjoy the wireless-ness. (Keep one charged at all times and replace when it dries up) The 2nd controller was not included in this bundle but worth having an extra.

I LOOOVE this console and Spiderman is hands down the best game to date. I am no gamer. I usually stray away from games as a whole but, my husband talked me into. I bought this set for Christmas. Might I add the price was too good to pass. I have had this console for 3 and a half months now and I am nothing short of happy. In fact the first month I spent sitting my butt down and Playing Spider Man. Which I have to say again is the BEST game EVER, and need I remind you this comes from a person who hates video games. This game and console opened up a whole new world for me. I also have always liked PlayStation since I was a child and my husband has always had Xboxs. So this is a nice fresh breath of air. Oh, and Spider man is only from PlayStation.

really happy with the purchase, my son has been enjoying the new spiderman game since the console first arrived. The 1TB version is definitely a huge upgrade from the 500gb we had.

PlayStation 4 Slim Amazing!

My kids and I love this ps4. This was their big gift for Christmas and they were so excited. We had a ps3 previously so moving through the store and whatnot is a breeze. Took hardly any time to set up and connect to the Wi-Fi and the Spider-Man game is amazing. Graphics are beautiful and gameplay is great for them. I was thrilled to order this around black Friday and arrived two days later so I didn't have to fight any crowds that were offering the deal. Highly recommend, just awesome!
