I LOVE this pressure cooker (and the HUGE digital screen!)

I have tried many different brands of pressure cookers and this one is hands down my favorite. Here's why: -I love the simplicity of the digital screen. All the buttons on other pressure cookers are confusing. This one is clean, simple and easy to understand. -I love that this can be a slow cooker and a pressure cooker - I no longer use my slow cooker! -I LOVE all the bonuses that came with this - especially that it came with an extra ring. In the past, I had to buy all these products separately and they really add up! I just love that the steamer basket and all the extra goodies are included. It's like one-stop shopping. -I love that the digital screen shows when it's coming to pressure - I have always wondered on other pressure cookers if it's working, but the digital screen shows the progress that it's making and that it's actually doing coming to pressure. No more just waiting and guessing. If you are new to pressure cooking, this is the machine that you want to start with. It has all the bells and whistles that you need in an easy-to-use and understand format. This Simfonio pressure cooker is by far my favorite. I can't say enough good about it.

My wife has been looking for a great multi-purpose pot . So I went to Amazon to find this product and I saw this electric pressure cooker. Obviously this is a new product, without any comments, I compared other multi cookers, under the same functional conditions, this product is particularly cheap. The key is that its shape has deeply attracted me, and I finally chose it. When I received the product, it was really beautiful, I am very satisfied.there are very detailed explanations in the manual. There are also many tips. It was very simple to use and has all functions.Ten intelligent programs (10-in-1) have already met our daily cooking needs. Cheaper Electric Pressure Cooker! Save Money & Time!!!

I am a college student. I spend most of my time on study, and I have no time to cook, so I often eat some unhealthy fast food and junk food. The irregular and unhealthy diet caused my stomach to become very bad. Once, while using facebook, I saw an AD for Simfonio promoted by amazon. I saw the gift bag in the picture and the cool black body. I checked amazon for details and found that it was a new electric pressure cooker that was on sale! I thought it was what I needed and it's cheaper than other electric pressure cooker, so I bought it. After a few days of use, it turned out to be better than I expected. Every day, I just need to throw all the food and seasoning into the pot in the morning, and estimate the cooking time. I can eat it when I come back from the school at noon. What a great feeling to have healthy food at home after study! However, it's not only healthy to cook for yourself, but also save your money by eating out. What a pleasant purchase!

Great pressure cooker

I use this pressure cooker to cook white rice, brown rice, sticky rice, make stews, soups, steam dim sum, vegetables, fish and meals. This is truly a unique multi cooker, just press one button and it works perfectly and safely. Also, I appreciate the non-stick lining on the cooking pot and it makes cleanup much easier.

Love the accessories

I like making beef stew for my family. However the time to prepare for it just too long. So I decided to this 6 quart pressure cooker a try. I used it as pressure cooker when I push for time and use it ask a slow cooker when I am making soup. The lcd screen is rather big compare to my old instant pot. Also really like the fact that it come with extra silicone ring and the accessories. It really save me money rather than I have to buy it on the side. The inner pot is easy to clean since it’s stainless steel instead of non stick. The knob on bottom of the screen is easy to use but worry that over time it will get stuck with particle since it is not easy to clean. 6 quarts is just the right size for my family. I would love to try the cake function when I have time. It’s got many different function but haven’t able to try it all. Would update my review in few month once I try out all the functions.

Great Appliance

I have a non-stick rice cooker at home. However, my family don’t like the non stick material cookware. We have been looking for a new rice cooker to replace the old one. In the meanwhile, I have found out that a pressure cooker is better than a rice cooker in general. The pressure cooker can do a lot more than a rice cooker, and it can cook faster than a rice cooker for sure. I searched a lot online, I finally got this 6QT electric pressure cooker. I chose it because of the material is made of stainless steel, but not non stick. I was amazed of it quality when I received it. The package is well package. The quality of the pressure cooker is pretty decent. I tried to use it the first day when I received it. I plugged it in and began reading the manual. The manual was very helpful. What I want to say, oh. It is so good, no, it is so wonderful! Because this cooks so quickly, it is very easy for me to do other cooking. This cooker is so easy to use, and it's the perfect size for two people. I've been making a lot of stews, different kinds of sauce and saute vegetables. Sometimes this kind of dish would normally take a couple of hours to cook. For the saute dish, I put onions, carrots, and other veggies together, threw those in the pot, then add spices, seal it, and set it for 6-7 minutes on high pressure. It saves me lots of time of cooking. You are free to do other things. It is perfect addition to my kitchen cookware appliance. I felt that I had purchased something that not only exceeded my expectations, but will make my life easier (and more delicious)! You need to take notes of these and use common sense. This pressure cooker cannot be used for canning. Electric pressure cookers do not come up to a high enough pressure to safely can food. They also don’t maintain a steady heat, they have on/off heat cycles. Make sure you follow the directions, you will be fine and safe. Remember: Never force the lid off, the lid can be slide easily when the inner pressure is gone. Open the lid away from you slowly so any residual steam is blocked by the lid. You can wear safety glasses if you are concerned. As long as you follow the instruction, you will be just fine! Happy experimenting and happy cooking, everyone!
