Worked as described and from others' reviews. I used them in the Instant Pot for sous vide egg bites copycat recipe from that famous coffee shop. The molds worked perfectly. Need to find more things to make with these.

I use these to make sous-vide eggs in my Instant Pot. No taste of silicone at all. Eggs will stick to the mold so I use butter spray to make clean up a cinch! Also, eggs just slide right out when you're done. The plastic covers are really convenient too. I lay it on top of the mold/eggs while cooking and it keeps the water out of the eggs. For one mold, I use about 4 eggs (large to jumbo size) with cottage cheese, bacon, spinach, and whatever else I have on hand. HTH. Highly recommend!

Great little mold. Fits perfectly into the Instant Pot. I appreciate that while the design is flexible enough to pop out cooked or frozen food with ease, it's rigid enough to be functional. I have a larger mold that is so flexible that it makes it hard to keep liquids from spilling out when I move it around. No such problems with this one.

Excellent mold. I love that it came with two lids. The silicon lid went straight into the instant pot to cook my egg bites and I used the plastic lid to store the egg bites in the refrigerator. I made the Starbucks copycat egg bite recipe and they turned out delicious! Highly recommend!

Yes! they work just fine in my instant pot. I put one on the metal stand that came with the pot and the other on top of the first. Hard boiled eggs with no shells! Just remember to oil the cups first or they will not "just pop out"!

Purchased these to make "egg bites" to keep my wife from spending on Starbucks versions :) They work great and she loves them.

I cook mainly in my Sous Vide (under vacuum) container, also my electric steamer, pressure cooker and small portable oven, all of these I can use these silicon trays with lids. I also dehydrate spices, sauces, meats, veggies and fruits, all which I use in cooking Sous Vide. I have use the small canning jars in my Sous Vide for desserts and Starbucks Egg Bites and desserts like peach cobblers, cakes, cherry pies, etc. I also want to use these for all kinds of muffins. I really like that these are thicker and not like so many others that are thinner. Thank you so much and I will tell my other friends about these. Thanks much! container. I have made Starbucks egg bites in the canning jars and now I can use these containers. It makes it also much easier to pack these in my RV, along with my cooking accessories

These silicone molds can be used for a variety of things other than Instant Pot egg bites. I've used them for baked goods and homemade peanut butter cups with great success. The shape these molds produce for cupcakes is absolutely charming and by far my favorite thing about the molds. The half sphere shape makes your basic cupcake feel special like it came out of a fancy bakery... when really it came out of my not-so-fancy oven. I'm also a big fan of the size which is somewhere between a standard cupcake and a mini cupcake. I most recently used the molds to make Lavender Lemon Curd Cupcakes. The deep narrow shape made it extremely easy to add filling to the cupcakes without busting through the bottom or sides. They were also easy to frost and had a more uniform look than standard cupcakes. TIP: For baked goods to easily pop out of the mold, make sure to butter/grease the inside of the mold well and let the baked goods cool completely before removing them. Otherwise the deep narrow shape of the mold makes it very easy to destroy a baked good during removal.

You can find various molds that look like this, but this is far superior to most of them. I paid "just a little more" to get "a whole lot more" in quality, durability and ease of use. Don't go for the cheapest egg bite molds, go for the best....you won't be disappointed with this product. I have used in the oven, freezer and instant pot. A must have for your kitchen.

These molds are very well built; sturdy, yet flexible enough to pop out the contents with a squeeze. Easy to clean and the perfect size. I ordered the single molds which comes with a plastic lid (storage) AND a silicone lid (cooking). By using the silicone lid I didn't have to use aluminum foil. We made Eggbites and I was able to fit 2 at a time in my Mealthy brand MultiPot 8-qt and they came out great! We also cracked an egg into each compartment and covered with the silicone lid and they were done so quickly and they came out so good that I will never mess with peeling eggs again. I purchased two (2) more individual molds to be able to fill while the others were cooking. We lined a baking sheet with parchment paper, popped out the eggbites onto the baking sheet and quick froze them. Then I put them in a container for individual servings (4-per person). I steamed them to re-heat for 10 minutes and they came out creamy and moist. I found an oven tended to dry them out a little. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
