Solved the power problem with my Nest door bell, which was not getting enough juice.

Power is sufficient to power both a mechanical door chime and a Ring video doorbell button. This transformer can be mounted to the side of an electrical utility box (This is probably the preferred way.) or it can be attached to wood structure such as studs or joists.

After installing my Ring Video Doorbell I noticed a slow-down in the doorbell video function. I checked online and the recommendation was to install a higher-powered transformer. It worked like a charm. Not only does the video doorbell work perfectly along with my old door chime but the exterior address light which has not worked in 30 years now works.

This is supposed to be 16v, a VOM tests it at over 21 volts. Fortunately it worked well with the Zenith chime I bought. The Newhouse chime I originally tried to use would not work right. Tone was terrible and the sound was weak.

Puts out a steady 17.6V to power my Nest. Easy install if you're comfortable working inside the panel.

I'm using this to power two doorbells, one on the main floor, and one in the basement, that operate off a single button at the front door. At first I thought I needed a transformer with increased voltage, but Nutone (doorbell maker) says to increase the amperage, not the voltage. My old transformer was 20Va, this one is 30. Both bells now ring properly.

Works great with RCA doorbell camera

I use this type transformer for my customers that don't have a doorbell that want a smart doorbell. I use a old work box drill a hole on the side for the transformer that has a screw to attach it to the box, splice all my high voltage inside the box with low voltage wiring up to the bell. Can't get better than that

I have this transformer with a Ring Pro & it works perfect, shows 4280mv - per instructions the Ring Pro requires 3900mv minimum potential. No-load shows 20.3 VAC & the range should be 18 to 22 VAC, anything less than 18VAC (no-load) is due for replacement, IMHO............ I did find sub-par wiring in my installation but corrected it - minimum wire size is 20 gauge for the new chime per manufacturer, mine was 24 gauge telephone wire : (24/6 or 3 pairs). I used all new components & new wire is 18/2, except some of the inaccessible old wire, but fixed that by tying 3 into 1 at each connection.

Not hard to replace the old transformer. This one fixed my mechanical doorbell from not ringing with the Google Best Hello. Now it has more than enough power.
