My 4 y/o twins LOVE these! They are very easy to hold and the brush is soft. The suction is great feature as well. I would say that a little coaching is needed at first to be sure they don't pop themselves in the face trying to pull the tooth brush straight up off the counter. The suction is no joke. Also attaches to the mirror, grandpa's glasses, and a twin sisters forehead if she's willing to stand still :)
