Awesome product

Love this 2 in 1 iron!! It's really light weight but heavy enough to iron the wrinkle out of garments. One thing I love the most is that the water doesn't drip from the iron plate. Most steamer do and I hated it. Overall, a very good buy for the price. Highly recommend!

doesn't work new one on the way

Just received it opened the box added water didn't work. Every once in a while you come across a company that is willing to go the extra mile, this is such a company. At first, my unit didn't work because in Thailand the electrical current is 220v in the U.S. it is 110v. My unit came from the U.S. so when I plugged it in it shorted out the whole unit. The company realized this (not me) and offered to replace it for free. This is a stand-up company. I am looking forward to do business with them again. GOOD JOB. Works really well for the price

The perfect home steamer. I used this steamer to steam a new trench coat that I had ordered, which was really, really wrinkled when I received it. It was easy to operate, heated very quickly and did a fantastic job! I like the idea of two steam settings, and the easy to fill removable water reservoir. The only thing that I don't like is the little rubber plug in the water reservoir. It seems "flimsy" and I think it may leak at some point. In any case, I am very delighted with the steamer and I'm glad I chose this model.

We love the practicality and the fact that it is so easy to use! It works wonderdul and steams quickly to perfection. The product is light weight. It can be used as a steamer and/or as an iron and it can me used horizontally or virtically. I use it every day to steam my business suites and they look fresh, as in dry cleaners!
