So easy to clean and get things out of after cooking! I make egg muffins. With cheese on top, and bacon, sometimes hashbrowns. The works! They slide right out! The cheese may look crusted on but slides right off. Generally a good idea to have something sturdy to transfer them to and from the oven with such as a baking sheet. They will bend.

As other reviews have stated, you will want to place these on a solid surface, like a cookie sheet, before filling them for baking. I have used them a couple of time and found them great for cupcakes or savory entrees. I have only hand washed them and would advise that. They are extremely flexible. Great product.

I got these because I make egg muffins and my older pans were a nightmare to clean. These silicone pans are so easy to use. The eggs come right out easily and completely. I can make several batches in a row without worrying about leaving residue that might burn. I highly recommend placing the muffin tin on a cookie sheet before adding the liquid, as they are extremely difficult to keep steady when transferring to the oven. This is not a product defect, just the nature of the material. I'll be trying them with cupcakes soon!

I use these to bake eggs quiche in and they work awesome! No stick!

Easy to Clean, cooks evenly and not too flimsy to get in and out of oven without spilling. Silicone could be a little thicker quality to improve confidence but it does the job.

I like that this product doesn't use fillers or anything else in the product. It does pass the pinch test and doesn't turn white. So far I have used them twice to make egg muffin breakfast cups. They slid right out of the silicone. I was shocked because the egg muffins usually are such a mess in the cupcake pans. The first time I didn't grease the molds and the second time I did grease them, I didn't really notice a difference, both times they came out with ease!!! Love the product!
