Such an easy fix! for a long time problem.

This was such a great option to the old pull string light in the basement. First I had to walk about 5 steps into the room to turn on the light. Now I just use the switch right at the basement door. I just installed, and done in a snap. Just as easy as screwing in the light bulb. The switch plate came with screws and wall anchors. Just a wonderful upgrade without having to hire a professional electrician and no hard wiring required.

Easy to install

Mounted by 3 screws and it snaps in place. They work great and now we don't have to enter a dark basement room and try to find the pull string. Bought four of these and have put three to use. Waiting to see where the next one needs to be.

Works like a charm

I absolutely love this product my pull chain light in my master closet broke this was such an easy fix and way better than the pull chain. The last time the pull chain broke it cost me over $100 to replace the light fixture and hire an electrician to install it and less than 3 years later the chain failed and broke again..

Love lamp

Love this item. It was so easy to install in my closet. The existing light had a pull chain which i absolutely hated. Well it finally broke fortunately it broke on the on position. All I did was screw on the socket, the LED light and used adhesive tap for the switch. Walla all done. I couldn’t use my existing glass globe because the added socket made it to long to fit. The item I ordered did not have a remote control.

The answer to broken pull chains!! A dream come true.

This is so amazing! Yet again another pull chain light had its chain break off beyond a repair. Tired of replacing them. Tired of fumbling in the dark anyway groping for that elusive chain, and not willing to pay someone to install a light on a switch. Fortunately my chain broke off while light in the 'on' position, so i didn't have to fiddle with the wiring in old light to make it be 'on' to make new gadget work. PRESTO the battery operated light switch. Best thing since sliced bread---to not coin a phrase. Thinking of another one for those dark basement rooms in my ancient house. (Maybe people had better night vision in those days.) One of best purchases of all time.

VERY Nice if u got aLapDog that doesn’t want 2 get off your lap 4 u to go to switch off the light.

Works very well. Just be sure to leave the regular wall switch in the “ON” position. Now my “50 + pound” Labradoodle “lap” dog doesn't have to “get off my lap” for me to turn off the overhead light when we watch TV. LOL! Seriously!

Comparative cost.

Compared to other products your item cost less. Others I have tried all failed before one year of use and it was always the wall switch which broke. I like the feel of yours, seems stronger, however, it too will be going through a trial phase. I will be sure to get back to you with a comparison. I would also like to be able to buy an extra switch plate for a replacement if needed and no one offers just the plate. I look forward to trying your product over time. It works great at the moment.

iT IS AS EASY AS CHANGING THE LIGHT BULB.

Item is exactly as described. It is as same as changing the light bulb. I am glad to find out this product by accident when I looking for wireless LED light. I can use regular ceiling light with this without the wiring a new electrical line. It is simple and just AWESOME!

Just installed 2 of 4 ordered. So Far I AM IMPRESSED!! The light base is as easy as screwing in a light bulb. The remote switch can be sticky adhered, or screwed to the wall which is the method I chose. Switch on/ Switch off. There's a small battery in the wall switch & we will see how it lasts, but so far color me impressed!! So happy to not have to replace a dangling string in closet ceilings every time it breaks and even more happy to just press a wall switch and Viola! Light!!! This home built in 1968 feels much more updated.

Works great!!!!

My mom couldn't reach the light in the washroom lol so I got this for her. Worked great!!! Easy to install. There is a piece that goes on the wall that the "switch" is supposed to snap on to, but I didn't use that. There is a hole on the back of the "switch" and I just screwed a screw in the wall and hung it like a frame so it'd be easier to take on/off when the batteries need replaced. Another post said it was hard to take off to replace the battery so that's why I decided not to install that other piece it came with on the wall.
