Good for family sushi nights

This is worth the money. Using the cylinder is easy. It compacts the rice and the filings nice and tight and it puts easily on the seaweed. I sprayed olive oil on it just to make it nice and slippery.

What a cute and handy set!

What a cute set! The kids love it! Given the price, this is a very good purchase. The knife is light and sharp. It is easy to understand and make use of it. On my way to get seaweed to make my first batch! Glad that I am able to make something fancy for the children's lunch box. Will update our sushi making experience later.

Works great

Works just like advertised. I don't really need all the extra stuff it came with but the kit would make an excellent gift too. Just make sure you squish the filling enough so your roll doesn't come out loose. I much prefer this over hand rolling sushi.

Great purchase!

I love this thing! I got it for a motherā€™s day gift, and was so excited to try it out! It turns out itā€™s very easy to use and clean, the worst part was that the hinges on the back of the bazooka sometimes come unhinged when closing it, so just double check that and you should be fine. I found a lot of reviews that sounded as though people hadnā€™t been able to get a good sushi roll from it, but if you follow the directions, and use good sushi rice, itā€™s awesome! The knife is nice and sharp, and cut through my sushi rolls easily (I had let them sit for ten minutes or so to dampen the nori and make it easier to slice). All in all, itā€™s a great gadget, and I am looking forward to using it again. The photo is prior to slicing them.

Great kit! Highly Recommend!

This is a very nice product. The items came in excellent condition. I am a beginner sushi maker, followed the instructions included in the kit, and everything turned out to be better than I anticipated. The kit came with a wooden spoon to help make sushi rice while pouring the sweet rice vinegar into it. The materials used for this kit is sturdy and for sure it will last for a long time if taken good care of. Excellent value since you get so many things.

This set was really nice, and easy to use.

My family and I used the kit to make sushi for the first time, and it turned out great. Using the bazooka took a bit of practice but the rest of the tools were easy to use. I may order a second set so the children don't have to take turns using them . If you are just learning to make sushi this is a great help.
