Updated Review:I left a review on this product. While I was aware of others complaints; I purchased this product anyway. Those compaints were founded. I have 2 six-week old lion head bunnies that I bought this product for; they seem to by happy with it. I put the product together myself, without help. Basically, I used the pictures to make it work. The Cons The product had rusty nails The letters did not corrospond with the piece it was supposed to be Wood was split in a few different places. The wiring is not sturdy. The animals do chew on the wood - it would be nice if the wood was treated prior to purchase to keep them from chewing on it and to help it withstand outside weather. Unable to clean cage without taking the rabbits out. The rabbits nails scratching on the floor keeps the family up while they play. The positives: I like the color and design of the cage. I like that it has brakes and rolls (easy for moving the cage without upsetting the animals and to clean under it). I like it has 2 floors - so the bunnies have plenty of room to play. The cage is kept in doors - in my room. So it conserves space. I like it has doors on both levels and the top opens. The cage has a bed, food, water, and litter boxes on both levels. So, not perfect but it works for us. I have added a metal feeder on the lower floor (for oats and pellets) which I had to cut the wires to fit it, They have a hay feeder added to the first floor and water bottles on both floors. Cage was more sturdy once put together but definately NOT a good cage for outdoors. Their response: Hi Kaise, We are so appreciate for your kindly suggestions and it do help us a lot ! Yes, we already upgrage by add a door from the first floor to the second floor so that rabbit can lock on one of the floor when you need to clean the tray. Bunny Approved!

This cage was smaller than I had anticipated, but still is working perfect! Its easy to assemble (thanks hubby), easy to clean and bunny approved!

Good size Rabbit hutch

I like all of the space it has for a bunny to run around. My bunny likes to run all around the bottom section of the cage and then she sleeps and eats in the top hutch.

Customer Service Top Notch

What a lovely cafe! I call it the Bunny Condo! :) We did have an issue with the plastic cover in the bottom drawer cracking and a piece coming off. But the customer service was impeccable even through my frustration with the situation, they absolutely were wonderful! I would definitely buy again!

Highly recommend

Exactly what I was looking for, excellent size for a Jersey Woolie. One of the pieces came in broken but the seller took care of the issue faster than my kids can find their shoes. Looks just like the picture, all the pieces come in with letters stamped on them (although it is faint so if not paying attention it might seem like there is nothing there) including the packets of screws. Very easy to follow directions. Now the wood is not the densest of all wood species so if your rabbit is a chewer( like mine) you have to spray/rub it with something so they don’t eat it. Overall we absolutely love it!

Great Purchase

Easy to assemble. I put the cage together alone with a screwdriver even though it recommended a power tool. Great to look at and perfect size for indoor. The only thing that was annoying was the smell of the wood when you first open the package. It was either paint or wood stain and almost gave me a headache.. the smell is gone now, so no complaints. Would recommend this cage to anyone.

Buy an exercise pen because he won’t be able to run around much in there.

Herman the bunny loves his new home. I didn’t screw down the roof because I keep him inside and I leave it open for him sometimes.

Buns LOVES his new cage!

I had been looking for a better cage for my rabbit for quite some time. I just never could find what I was looking for until I came across this "2 story" cage. It was perfect! Not only was the price fantastic, but the overall build was amazing too! Buns and I have both loved this cage from day one! He has figured out that "upstairs" has his bed in it and a few treats, and "downstairs" is where to find the food and water. This cage was also big enough that we could start litterbox training too! If I ever need to purchase another cage, I know exactly what company to use!

I bought this for my mini holland lop and he loves it! It looks very nice in my home. I would recommend this for smaller pets, small rabbits or even guinea pigs!

Great Quality and Perfect Fit

The instructions were easy to read, follow, and everything was labeled making it a breeze to put together. Aivituvin recommends 2 people for install but I did it by myself in roughly 30 minutes. Plus I only used a screwdriver no drill! This hutch was purchased for my mini plush lop bunny at a max of 3#. It was the perfect size. (We do have outside time inside and outside) it was big enough to hold a water bottle (purchased a 64 ounce flat back one from PetSmart) hay holder on outside (from PetSmart slightly modified with zip tie- I didn’t use the one that came though it would have done the job.) litter box, bunny bowls, toys, and a couple bed with room left for my bunny to enjoy. The color is a great rustic grey we have ours inside our living room and it doesn’t even look like it belongs outside. Don’t mind the added lucks my toddler loves to bother her bunny.
