It works and great customer service

As a non-professional, I wasn't sure exactly how this seal should fit. I thought there was an issue with the seal (turns out it was the tub) and was offered several solutions from the seller (including a replacement and a refund). My tub is a little warped, so I just used some RTV sealant on the outside rim to fill the gap. My washer's been up and running and have no complaints.

Good peace of mind to replace this while replacing the drum bushing, given the amount of labor involved to get to it. Quality and fit were good.
