Nice and convenient to use

The software that comes with it is simple and is very helpful in calculating your hours.There are quite a few videos to help you as well. Search "ZKTeco WL20" on youtube,then find it.Very easy to operate and easy to install.The manual is fairly easy to follow if you are willing to take some time to read it and go through it.

This set up is absolutely perfect for our needs.Excellent customer service, Ive called 3 times with questions, very professional and easy to understand. I quite enjoy with the time clock .IT was so easy to setup. I had all employees registered within a few minutes. The ability to see reports on my phone has made my life so mush easier. I am still learning a few of the features because there are so many, but I havent had any trouble with the entire system.Works very well till now.

The clock works fairly well.It is used for a small business to keep track of employees. the finger scan clocking is very secure and prevents misuse and abuse of the time machine. The reports are very easy to read and very easy you see who is in/out and break/working. I love the concept of the app best.I can shake my phone and get the report.easily send the data to my employees via the app.
