It has a more powerful motor . Perhaps 7.2 volts. So it works with greater vigor.

Works very well. This is really nice for trimming around things that are too delicate for a weed wacker. Will take out decent sized weeds but I use it best for around walls, trees, cactus etc. Quality made item.

Love it!

Every spring I cut back my liriope and jasmine. It takes forever and my arthritic hands really take a beating. This took me 10 minutes to do what usually takes me hours! It makes clean cuts and doesn't leave frayed edges to turn brown like using a hedger or weed eater does. I don't know how long the battery lasts because it lasted longer than the user did....

Decent product for small areas

Works well to trim ivy border edge. Charge doesn't last long but it did a good job while it lasted. Beats using a hand clipper, though.

Great for Trimming Boxwood

Purchased because I had a dislocated shoulder and could not hold my large trimmer. Result: I prefer this over the large trimmer. When charged allows me to complete all necessary trimming

Works like a charm

I had my doubts, but I had to try something. Rotater Cuff issues prevented me from using manual shears anymore. After reading reviews I ordered this tool. Easy use and assembly instructions. Then came the test. I am thrilled, and amazed at battery charge. It's my new best friend!

the clipper is perfect for trimming around flower clumps

It's small and lightweight, A single charge lasts me about 30-35 minutes of trim time. So simply to use, the clipper is perfect for trimming around flower clumps. Overall, a nice little trimmer.

Good

I replaced my 12 year old grass shears, that I have expected a lot of, with this Sun Joe shears. I wanted something with this higher voltage compared to others on the market. My shears is mostly used for trimming shrubbery and I was very pleased to see the hedge trimmer attachment. The new shears was used once and performed very well, even on my sticky, spiral Alberta Spruce. I only hope it lasts as long as my last one.
