Great Dash Cam

I am very happy with my dash cam. It came when it said it was, was packed nicely and without a lot of unwanted packaging. Came with loads of cords so that once you have determined where you want the dash cam to be you can hide the cords with the tool provided and the cable mount things so cables are not dangling. The picture above shows the camera mounted and cord because we want to wait a few days to make sure that is the spot before we permanently install. The size of the camera is big enough but small enough to be able to hide behind the rear view mirror and still capture everything. Instructions are basic but that is all you need, and setting up the camera once you got your micro card in is not hard at all, if you have other digital items in your home it is pretty much the same. The quality of the recording is great and captures all that is needed. It does record what is going on in the car so if you don't want your conversations recorded or the radio turn this function off, however I think this might be a great tool for any body that transports people. The only thing that I can think of to improve is to make the cord a usb cord that plugs into your car and not the cigarette lighter end, however it is not a problem for me. Very Very happy with the camera and great price, have wanted one for a long time.

Happy with our device!

This was a gift for my husband, he has been wanting a car camera for a while! The dash cam came very well packaged and protected. It is a great size for our car, I was worried it would be too bulky! It fits well in the car itself, and comes with all the installation equipment. Warranty and instructions booklet are included. You will need to purchase separate storage, but I knew that when purchasing. Works great so far, and the husband is happy! Good buy.

Excellent Dashcam at a great price !

I used the DRA1 on a trip to Florida and traveled for a 12 hour drive the 1st day and had it on the whole way. The footage was smooth and crisp, even the night footage was clear. I was well satisfied using on this long-distance trip. I've been using it for a few weeks now and you start to get used to it in place. Does not block my view just under the rear view mirror. So for long distance and local commutes, this is perfect. The Dashcam DRA1 is a reliable companion in traffic. With video recording (1080p @ 30fps, optional audio signal) and a 140 ° field of view, this CAM provides useful recordings both during the day and at night.

My husband had been asking for a Dash cam for a loooong time. I finally came across some good deals here and started to look into it. Did not want to spend a fortune but still wanted a decent quality. A little delusional right?! Not with this amazing and rather cheap product. We are very happy with the picture quality, the small compact size and the easy to use camera we got. I will definitely recommend it to everyone that asks. It came with the mount, the extra cables and even clips to install. No memory card though, but c’mon, have you seen the price? The quality of the picture is HD and super clear! We loveeee it!

Really easy to use!

This dash cam is really easy to install and use. It is very compact and fits easily on the dash. Liked that I had a choice of mounting temporarily or permanent. The quality of the video was excellent!

This is a great dash cam at a great price

This dash cam is a great product! Its easy to install, the build feels great and it's pleasing to look at. The picture quality is great and it even has night vision! It was super easy to install and operate. Im am planning on buying another one for my husbands car, i would suggest this to anyone looking into getting a dash cam. It is way better than i thought it would be for being as inexpensive as it is. Im very happy with this product!

Upgraded Unit Working Great

Very difficult to setup. Tried using it was satisfied with the results once it was working However it would not stay operating. I had keep restarting unit Had no confidence that it would be operational when needed Decided to return this for a more reliable unit Disappointed that there was no GPS Aukey sent me a replacement which was a newer model. Worked Perfectly I’ve been using for a month without Any problems I highly recommend this upgraded unit Does what it’s designed to do Record traffic in case of the unknown Drivers we all face today

Exactly what I was looking for.

Initially I was impressed with the packaging. It was secure and appeared high end. The camera is small and light yet durable which makes it easily portable. The screen is small but clear and it's purpose to to help you properly position the camera not for reviewing recorded material. The small form factor makes it inconspicuous and unobtrusive. It includes both a suction cup and sticky pad for mounting. I used the suction cup and it did an excellent job of holding the camera firmly in place. It also includes clips for cord management so that the power cord does not get in the way. It accepts SD cards which are cheap and readily available. Set up was easy and intuitive. Image quality was excellent. This was exactly what I was looking for.
