My Lonlif battery case worked great in Costa Rica!

In early December I began my Costa Rica holiday armed with my Lonlif battery charger for my iPhone 8. I travelled throughout Costa Rica, from Pacific coast to Caribbean Sea, lowlands, cloud forests, and up steep volcanic mountains. Each day I took hundreds of photos from early morning until sunset and never did I have to stop because my battery failed to provide power. Lonlif saved the day for me as I watched my fellow travelers disappointed that they could no longer get those last great photographic shots. My Lonlif battery case charged quickly each evening so I began the morning with a fully charged phone with my battery case backup. I never hesitated and wondered if I had enough battery charge to last the day. My iPhone 8 fit perfectly into my Lonlif charger and was equally easy to remove. I also felt confident that if I dropped my phone, the Lonlif case would protect it. I did, it did, my iPhone still works great and the screen if perfect.

Expensive but overall, great!

I love this charger case! I got it for a friend but tried it on my phone first to make sure it works, and it’s perfect! I’m planning to get one for myself soon. The only thing I would say is the price, but I think time will tell if it is worth the price or not. ***update*** Would not say it was worth the price. I got a different phone case charger for another friend and they seem have worked and worn out exactly the same. However, this charger case still works great! Would still rate it five stars.

Great for my iPhone7

I travel a lot for business and often ride with my clients. Many do not have car chargers or have non-Apple phones so this external battery case is perfect for charging on the go. The case is also a great protector for the phone too. I've dropped a few times and it's not damaged! It also recharges fast too! BUY IT!!

Great build qualify and battery life

I ordered this case in an attempt to bridge the power struggle I have when I am at work. A little background, I work in a school and the building materials block cellular signals thus having to use WiFi Calling to get anything done. That puts a little more strain on the Cellular Radio and WiFi radio connecting and disconnecting as I move through the school. I normally get around 4 hours of use when moving around. The phone I have is an iPhone 7 with Verizon. The phone is only 4 months old - purchased new from Verizon. I also travel to see family and the area they (both my family and my wife's family) live has a horrible signal. It is a rural area in Texas. The signal does the same thing going back and forth when we exit the house or move around driving. My requirements for a battery case were: 1) good build 2) use existing lighting cables 3) if used a top cover that it would be a good connection and hold 4) at least 4000mAh. Upon searching, this case fit the bill on several of my requirements except one: the top cover.I was worried it would not hold very well and just start to come off from day one. Regardless, I placed the order. However, I am happy to say it is a MAGNET on top that holds it and is very strong. The Build quality is very nice. Not too heavy and not too light. It also doesn't rattle around like other cases where they just glue the battery in and it falls off the glue. Installation was very easy. Just slide the phone in and install the top. Just plug in your lightning cable and it charges both the case and the phone at the same time - charging the phone first till full then charging the case. From empty on both case and phone, the time to charge was around 3.5 hours. It also supports pass through syncing - which wasn't on my list but a nice addition to what this case can do. Having to take a case on and off for file transfers is not fun but this makes it SO much easier. I took some photos of the case and the packaging and transferred it from the phone using the lighting cable while in the case - that is how I can confirm it works. Starting to charge the phone is easy when you are low on power - just hold the rear button for 3 seconds to start. The button is nice because I hate switches that can get broken over time. Pressing it quickly will also reveal the battery charge in the case. Turning off the charging is the same process. Pockets on normal clothing will have no issue with the case. I was able to put it in my pockets without issues pushing it in or pulling out due to the semi slick surface of the case. The case will allow for you to have a tempered glass on front no issues. Case molding allows a head phone jack for the iPhone 6 as well. This doesn't hurt anything on the higher model phones without the jack - the 8 or the 7. All ports are easily accessible. I took a trip this last weekend to my family and had everything charged up. I went to bed at 100% and case charging the case over night to keep it at 100% and was able to get through the night, morning and till next bed time. Not having to charge was a nice thing due to the bad signal and wifi keep moving back and forth. When we left to come home, it was nice being able to keep a full charge while driving just in case we had an issue. So far, after 3 days of use, I can see no problems with the case. The only issue is, and this is my personal issue, is the case shows finger and hand prints very easily due to its semi slick surface I spoke of earlier. However, you can clean it with a microfiber cloth no issue. Once clean, it looks like new. In my line of work, that is normal and when I am off work it goes away. Power added gets me through the day and through the night! This helps me tremendously. If you need a case, try this one. It is very cost effective versus the high end cases, but holds up better than then cheap cases thus costing just a tad bit more than those. Highly recommended.

No need to keep charging cable when you are leaving home.

I was looking for case which can add battery as most of my time on the road. I try to avoid charging during day time.This battery case increase my cell phone charging 2.25 times including iPhone existing one. I have used similar battery case for my another phone and I am very satisfied with this product. This has indicator which shows how much battery life left over. This is light weight so easy to carry your phone.I will recommend this products to someone who is looking for extra hours of cellphone life.

Great case, great value

I go through a lot of phone cases and seem to buy a new charging case every 6 months or so. I had the older version of this case which was good but this one is better put together. I like the fact that the top piece that encloses the phone now tucks inside of the case. This is good as it will no longer catch on my keys while in my pocket. The 4000 rating is good enough to keep my phone charged all day. I work from my mobile phone so battery life is important to me. The case feels like its put together very well and i like that it has an anti-slip coating. The only thing i do not like is when the phone is in your pocket and you pull it out. You sometimes pull off the top of the case instead. If they could find a way to lock it in tighter, then it would be near perfect
