The card reader worked just fine. Be aware that you might need a different device for cards with chips on them (almost all current cards). Reader workability is dependent on sign up with Square reader app.

So Happy I Bought This!

I purchased Square for our garage sale so that people would be able to use a card because not everyone carries cash on them these days. The packaging was cute and simple, and downloading the app was a breeze. It allows you to do a test run which I liked because then I knew it was going to work great for our sale. I even got reimbursed from the app by entering the retrieval code that came in the box. So it was pretty much free! So easy to use! I highly recommend!

Easy to use card reader

Nice very small and useful card reader that easily attaches to my iPhone. Saves plenty of time compared to typing all the numbers of a card into my Square account/phone app, though doing the typing is not that time consuming. But why waste that time, especially if you have several customers waiting to purchase your products? Great price. Buy two or three and you can leave them in the different locations where you operate, so if you forget to pack one, the others are already there ready for you to use.

Reliable and works great

Easy to use, easy to get, and arrived in time for my Girl Scout Troop’s Cookie booth. Possibly more reliable than the microphone one, though I no longer have a phone with a microphone jack to compare directly

Works great so far

I have not used it a ton, but it was simple to set up and use. The software is very strait forward too.

Works better than headphone dongle.

Works exactly as it should and was delivered Easter Sunday. That's some dedicated delivery service. I have an iPhone 8plus and I tried an Amazon recomended dongle for headphones to use my Square device. It did not work. This came from Square and was cheaper than the dongle. So, I returned the first and saved money on the second. Good day. Thanks Amazon!!
