Cool and quiet fan
I have been looking for a fan of this dual light loop , because the case fan is not as exaggeration as a halo fan. The Pccooler fan is just right for me. Its moonlight series is beautiful and quiet, I can hardly hear a little sound. I will recommend it to my friends.

Great Look, Awesome Performance, Better Value!

If you want RGB this is the one to get. It's a good fan not just a value fan

Works with MSI Mystic Light!
These fans are AMAZING. If you're thinking about getting those expensive Corsair RGB fans, forget about it and buy these! First off in the box you get 3 fans, a controller/hub, and a RGB cable in the box (this one connects to your motherboard if it has a 3 pin 5v rgb header). There is also another cable that is for Gigabyte motherboards specifically. If your motherboard doesn't have a 5V 3 pin RGB header you'll need to use the included hub unfortunately. Each fan has 2 connectors, one for the RGB and one for PWN fan control. You have 2 options in terms of connectivity: -You can either plug in all the fans into the included hub which is powered by molex (to control the colors this way you'll need to push the buttons on the controller manually). -Or you can plug all the fans into the 5v 3 pin RGB cable that goes into your motherboard (this way you can control the colors through Mystic light or Asus Aura). This cable also has an extra male connector so you can connect an extra RGB strip or something as well. I am amazed that these fans work with the Mystic Light software. There are LED rings on both sides of the fan so there's light regardless of which way you mount it. Sound and performance wise these fans are great. It pushes out a lot of air (more than your standard case fan) and is not that loud. If you're thinking about buying these pull the plug. At nearly $10 per fan it's a great deal.

Shocked by the quality
These fans far exceeded my expectations... with a caveat that I will explain, in detail, below. First, the build quality is really high. All cables (on the physical fans) are sheathed in a nice braided material and are of pretty good length. The fan blades are strong and the fan itself has a nice weight to it. The added vibration dampeners are a solid addition too. The LED's are pretty bright and quite pleasant. I love the aesthetic that these add as they are fairly unique compared to most RGB fans on the market. They are advertised (see photo of box) at 54 CFM and I don't doubt that they hit that mark, though I have no scientific way to test that. Something to know though, and this is the caveat I mentioned, is that to configure with Asus Aura, you must have a motherboard that has ADDRESSABLE RGB headers... Most boards, like my B350-F Gaming board (for Ryzen) do not have ADDRESSABLE RGB headers, but have non-addressable headers. Therefore, I have to use the included adapter/controller and the fans will not sync with the rest of my lighting (RAM, 4-pin [12v,R,G,B] LED strips). Though this is unfortunate, this doesn't detract from the quality of the fans at all... They just should be marketed as such. Even with the caveat, I feel comfortable giving these fans a 5-star review.

Minimalist RGB at a surprisingly great price.
There's a lot to like about these RGB fans. I absolutely love the way "Corona" style RGB looks and I can't stress enough how much better they look in person. It was actually kind of hard to get a decent shot of them in photos, which is why I included a few shots in various amounts of light. They look good, and pictures simply can't do them justice. Build quality is very solid. The fans feel heavy in the hand and they even come with nice braided cables, and preinstalled rubber pads. Each fan has an RGB ring on both sides, so it doesn't matter how they are positioned. You'll be able to see the RGB on both intake and outgoing airflow. Installation was easy, but I'll admit it was a bit of a mess. For those wondering, you either need addressable RGB headers on your motherboard (which I don't) or Molex if you want RGB to work. I was afraid I was going to have to buy some sort of sketchy adapter, but was fortunate enough to find a Molex power cable in my power supply box. If you're lucky enough to have a Phanteks P400 Silent Edition PC case, I know for a fact that you can plug all three of these fans into the spare fan port in the case adapter and control the fan speed with the physical button on the front of the case. This is much more ideal than having the fans blast at 1800 RPM 24/7 (if using Molex). Airflow is great. I hovered around 50 degrees Celsius on my core temperature with just two fans, but after installing these (bringing the total to 5) it sometimes goes down to the high 20's... and I even only have the fan speed set to low. I'm sure I can get even better temperatures if I crank up the speed. One small negative regarding build quality, The 3 pin RGB plugs don't connect very well to the 3-way splitter, so taping them together is probably a good idea. They disconnected a few times while I was trying to manage cables, which was kind of annoying. They may also need some type of reinforcement to prevent the pins from bending as well. The design is actually kind of flimsy to be honest. It's really the only negative. In summary, these fans are a tremendous value. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and I will be purchasing another set to replace the two non RGB fans I still have left in my case. I highly, highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier
I picked up a pack of 3 after watching a review on YouTube, and they've been great. The housing feels dense and rigid, the lights are bright and the colors are surprisingly accurate, not washed out or anything. The fans are quiet, even under a high load, and for the money they can't be beat. The only real downside (though it's entirely unavoidable, so no real issue with these fans in particular) is that two cables per fan (RGB + power) starts to add up in a hurry, so you'll need a good place to cable manage.
