These pills are great! They don't make you feel weird at all (like many others I've tried), seem to be working well and aren't so overpriced you can't afford them! My Keto life is definitely feeling more successful now that I've adding this final part of my daily routine!

Wrong label

I have been taken these pills and it seem like I gain weight. The bottle say take 2 with meal. When I read your description on line it say take 2 20-30 minutes before meal. So, your label is entirely different from the description online. So, what is the correct way to take these pills.

Cant swallow pills

A friend of mind who is also doing Keto with me suggested these pills so that I could get a cook kick off on the weight loss.. I cannot swallow pills. I noticed this are capsules and that they were not very big. So I decided to take a chance to see what they might taste like if I opened them up. I cannot express enough how tasteless they are. I opened one up, placed in about 2 ounces of water, down the hatch, same with the second one. I think the only down side is that the effect of the caffeine might hit me faster? but this is the first I am taking them. Thought I would like anyone else who has the struggle of swallowing pills know that if you need that boost in keto, which mostly all come in pill form, USE THIS. the powder is honestly tasteless.

Seems to be working

I am only taking 1 pill a day as I am sensitive to caffine/stimulants. I've been taking the pills for 2 weeks now and I do notice that I'm feeling stronger, more alert and less cravings for suger. Now that Jan 1 is here I'm back to my sugrr free diet. December is my cheat month lol. I will weight myself tomorrow and then Jan 15th and update.

Block them carbs!!!

If you are on the Keto diet then get these. Heck, even if you're not u should get these and block those carbs your eating anyway lol.
