Flakes!

What's not to like? These are magnesium flakes. And a bunch of them. I prefer this to Epsom salts. Not only do the magnesium flakes dissolve faster in water than Epsom salts, it absorbs better into body too. Really good for muscle aches or just a really revitalizing bath. This particular brand is good. The flakes are consistent in size so they dissolve evenly.

most economical and spray bottle is useful

this is the most economical Magnesium Chloride flakes on Amazon compared to similar products. Most of the other products cost much more for smaller amounts of Magnesium Chloride. The flakes dissolve very easily in hot water. I love the spray bottle that comes with it and you can make your own magnesium oil in the spray bottle and apply it anywhere on your body. I find this doesn't make my skin itch. I use this as a foot soak most nights before bed because I tend to get tight calf muscles that can ache and keep me awake. In addition to the foot soak I use magnesium lotion on my calves, massaging it into my calf muscles. Usually this prevents the unpleasant aches or restless leg sensations and I can fall asleep.

Bottle is IN the bag!

I am pleased to know we can make our own magnesium oil! I looked high and low for the right flakes, these are quite nice and do the job. Packaging was very well put together. I did have to wonder where the bottle was. In the bag darlin! This is a very large quantity so I will be able to make oil for others as a gift.

no scent and clean product

Use this nightly for magnesium absorption and bedtime calm. My favorite part = no scent. I've purchased this 4 times now

Works very well as a spray for Restless Leg Syndrome

I am very happy with this purchase. I used the included spray bottle and mixed the magnesium flakes with water to use as a spray. I have Restless Leg Syndrome and have been desperate to find a non-drug solution. The magnesium flakes worked surprisingly well. I have tried other home treatments with mixed results, I lose a lot of sleep due to the RLS. I apply the spray 20 minutes and again 5 minutes before bed. I have not had a flare up and not woken with the unbearable sensation of RLS. The spray bottle has a perfect mist setting that distributes the magnesium evenly, it doesn’t cause dripping. I plan to recommend this product and purchase again in the future.

Pain relief

I purchased this product to add Magnesium to my health plan, after several applications of the liquid that was made, called Magnesium oil, (just Mag flakes and pure water) the level of pain does seem to be reduced.

Amber bottle found.

Had written an average review because I did not see amber bottle in the box. Went to store and bought a spray bottle and upon opening the bag of salts I found the bottle. Now I am a satisfied customer.

The spray bottle is IN the bag of Magnesium Flakes!

When I opened the box, there was an 8lb bag of magnesium flakes and no spray bottle. I didn't want to open the magnesium because I was going to have to return the order. Tonight, I decided to go ahead and open the magnesium as Amazon had given me a credit and settled the matter. And there was the spray bottle, in the bag. So, the order was fine and if you don't see your spray bottle, look in the bag. I made magnesium oil and used the bottle. It helped my RLS and the bottle produces a fine mist and has an ON/OFF switch. It's a good quality plastic bottle.

Totally pleased with product

You get 8 pounds of magnesium chloride flakes at a good price. A nice amber spray bottle was included so I could make magnesium oil right away. I enjoy these for a foot bath, and a way to get more magnesium into my system. Nice package to keep the product in. 100% happy with purchase.
