Cuts thru veggies like they are butter

Very sharp knife, great packaging with it's own nice box and accessories. Cut through a raw potato like it was butter. Definitely recommend.

Cuts well with little effort

I was looking for a good knife because the handle on my old knife is falling apart after a couple of years. After seeing some of the reviews I decided to try this one out and so far I’ve used it several times and seems to cut well and the same every time I used it. I’m very particular with how it’s cleaned and to maintain the knife I make sure that it is fully dried then I store it back in its sleeve, I wash in the dishwasher. I kept the box because it’s such a nice box.

Great Knife!

I have been on the market for a santoku knife for months but had been overwhelmed at all the options and price points. I finally decided on this one based on the reviews and I am so glad I purchased. The packaging of the knife was very fancy. It would make a great gift for anyone. I liked that it came with a cutting guard. It was a nice bonus because that would be something I probably wouldn't have purchased myself. The knife was easy to handle and seems very sharp. I was able to cut both vegetables and chicken for stir fry without trouble.

Flawless design and very sharp knife

Since my current knife was 5 years old, I was looking for a new one that is easy to use, sharp and firm. I found the design of this knife flawless. It has a great grip letting you hold the knife handle firm. The firmness essentially allows you to cut any vegetable and mea products easily. One of the best knife I have bought for a decent price

Great housewife Helper !

I opened the nice navy color box and tried to use it to cut the meat and vegetables for my family dinner last week. I feel this Sanoku knife is useful for cutting anything in kitchen. Hollow edge design helps to balance the weight and cleanness of the knife when I use it. It is comfortable to hold this knife because the heavy-duty handle shapes in a proper cutting position. The blade is sharp so that I could get the meat and vegetables slices ready in a short period of time. I enjoyed cooking with this knife so much.

Great quality for the price!

Now that I've been using this knife for a while, I feel confident in reviewing it honestly. The weight and feel are excellent. The knife was very sharp out of the box and I have only done one touch up with a strop in the past couple months. I use it regularly and really enjoy using it. I've never (nor do I intend to) used the finger guard but I suppose for someone who isn't used to cutting food with a chef's knife, it might be useful. I have a lot of different knives in my kitchen but didn't have a Santoku. Now I have one that I am very happy with. You can pay a lot more for one of these but I doubt the quality will be worth the extra money.

Beautiful knife

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this knife. It is super sharp and looks great, cuts up veggies like butter. The packaging has a high-end feel to it, so it can serve as a nice gift under $50.

Sharper like nobody’s business

What a beautiful knife, definitely one of the better knives I have owned. I’m no knife expert, but I thought it felt like a really quality knife. It’s much better than the discount ones I get from Macy’s. I think it’s a great entry level knife for home cooks or chefs that are getting into cooking. It cut really well and felt very balanced: not too heavy nor too light and was able to cut everything like butter. It could also be a great gift for a parent or anyone that is interested in cooking. It comes in a beautiful package with a finger shield and a wiping cloth.
