Fabulous comfort in seeing our child sleep

I'm very happy with my Jena monitor. I have just a sound monitor but after our son was diagnosed with reflux, it was recommended he sleep on his stomach for naps as long as I watched him. After a couple of months I didn't want to cart him around to house as I moved from room. He slept better in his bed. The video monitor is fabulous! I can put him to sleep on his stomach and keep an eye on him. I like not having to rush in to see what he's doing at the first signs of him stirring. The video is clear, occasionally there are some lines with video disturbance if I'm in the basement but it doesn't interfere with be able to see him. I haven't used the talk or lullaby function yet, but I will when he's a little older. I also like the ability to add more cameras if we have more children. The charge on the parent set lasts a good long time. The night vision picture is clear, I know some have said it looks grainy but I think it's a pretty clear picture for night vision. I can see my son and even see if his eyes are open and closed. We recently went up north to our trailer and I took the monitor. It was great for nap time and if we were out by the fire. I also liked the temperature function so I could see if it was too hot in the trailer. I would recommend this monitor, it's a good price for its functions. Gives you piece of mind when you're not with your little one.

Good buy & Great help

My sister bought this baby monitor about a month ago & was happy to use it when suddenly it doesn't work properly. We can still hear sound but the video is not working, it just shows a white screen. Since we're outside US, we tried to contact their Customer Service. I was assisted by Lillian thru email & she gave some troubleshooting however it still doesn't work. I was asked to send some details including the receipt to see if it is still covered by warranty when suddenly the monitor shows the video without me doing anything. I am happy to have this baby monitor and is very much contented with Lillian's assistance.

ECO is the best feature ever

We have been using our monitor for a few weeks now as we are transitioning our son to sleep in his own room. One of the greatest things about this monitor is its simplicity - on/off, talk feature, volume....what else do you need? ECO is the best feature ever! SInce I am such a light sleeper, the light from the video would wake me up, but I can turn the video part off. Then if the baby stirs it comes back on and the light wakes me up. I can watch him to see if he is really waking up or is just fidgety. If I do have to go to him the display makes a nice flashlight to walk back and forth with :)

Awesome feautures with a great price

I love this monitor!! The price is so good for a video monitor. It tells you room temp, goes from day to night vision, alerts you when the battery is dying (yes it’s portable!!), the actual camera that goes in the kids room can mount on the wall and it moves angles easily, and it can play music for the little ones! Recommend this one for sure.

Super helpful in so many ways!

I just got this monitor yesterday and I'm already in love! My 5 month old son has started babbling in his sleep and with our regular monitor I keep going into his room to pop his soother back in his mouth thinking he's awake and I end up waking him up since he's actually still sleeping. With this monitor I can just look and see if his eyes are open or if he's actually just sleep babbling. We haven't moved him into his own room yet but we bought this for that exact reason so I don't panic all night wondering how he's doing. Just using this for naps has put me at such ease and I know that when we move him to his own room I'm going to feel so much more comfortable. Definitely worth the money and it's not even super expensive!

Works even in a basement apartment

Got this product yesterday and used it last night and I'm already in love. I was really worries about reception because I'm in a basement apartment but it worked great all the way across the house. I also love the setting that has it on standby until it heats a noise then turns on, so handy.

You can feel safe with this camera

The camera is quick and easy to set up even if you are not very a technical person. There is a step by step guide in the instruction booklet which all you have to do is connect the cable. Once set up it can be controlled from the monitor and controller. Takes a few minutes to install but it is very simple. I had no problems. The camera also has audio so you can listen as well. One full charge can be used for 12hours... I think this is more than enough as you wouldn't be leaving your child more than 12 hours alone... This is good for your home for example baby bedroom, pet monitor or just generally around your house if you are not in.

Excited about this monitor

With my 3 year old daughter, we’ve gone through a few video monitors. We have another baby arriving in March, and I’m starting to get her nursery set up. I don’t love the monitors we’ve had for my 3 year old and wanted to go with a different brand. I’m glad I did! This monitor is compact, while still having great clarity and screen size. I know it’ll give me peace of mind when the baby comes and is sleeping in her room — particularly because her room is across the house from our room. Thankfully, the range on this monitor works not only to our bedroom, but also all over our house, including in our basement!
