The microphone worked exactly as advertised out of the box. The volume level knob worked great as did the mute button. The base is heavy enough to allow the microphone to be moved into any position without tipping over. I had a friend over for a live stream and placed between us on the table, it worked great! I couldn't as for a better microphone for the price

My experience with audio recording equipment is vast. I am an audio production specialist for multiple media groups, and have extensive knowledge on just what to look for when it comes to picking up a piece of recording gear. Typically, 30 dollars doesn't get you very far in this department. However, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that the K052 has blown that assumption out of the water. Though the K052 isn't, by any means, a piece of professional recording gear, it will take you incredibly far in the world of entry level recording. It has an incredibly level sound profile, with a slight emphasis on the low end that is perfect for voice over. The included pop filter does an incredible job of catching any imperfections that may occur, and the mic's small profile allows it to be placed virtually anywhere. The incredible length of the cable and the super flexible gooseneck helps this aspect immensely. More so, the build quality of this mic is absolutely incredible! Fifine spared no detail on the body of this piece of gear, with the hefty base sporting heavy duty plastic and metal. To top it off, the mic has a tactile mute button and a super convenient in-line volume knob. It still blows me away that this mic is less than 30 dollars. For this price, you are getting above and beyond what you paid for, as is expected of a company like Fifine. I would happily purchase a product from them in the future. If you would like, please check out my youtube review (/c/hammyplays) for loads more information on this piece of gear. Thank you!

I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking to dictate to my computer, so when my wireless headset stopped working after 10 years I was disappointed to discover a replacement would be $400. I didn't want to spend that kind of money and when I found this microphone for only $20 I thought I would give it a try. It works perfect! All I had to do was plug it into my computer and start using it. The set up couldn't get much easier than that. It understands everything I dictate, and doesn't take up very much room on my desk. Actually less room than the base of my wireless headset. When I bend it where it flexes I can bend all the way down and it's very stable. I thought it might start to topple over but it doesn't. I'm really pleased with my purchase and the price was great too! It's also very nice looking.

Plug and play, you're on your way. Easy peasy. Great mic for the price! It is very very hot. Picks up very easily, and the gain dial is sensitive. I found 11o'clock on the gain and about 12-14" from my mouth to be a sweet spot for my voice. 10/10 for value. 9/10 for appearance, had a bit of glue sqeezed out from the base pad, but thats just cosmetic. 8/10 overall performance, had some clipping on higher gain settings. Tested with just my talking voice, also my singing voice with an acoustic guitar. Both scenarios were surprising great and clear. So it could be used for a singer/songwriter/musician type as well. Overall if youre on a budget, this is a great mic for you for any general application! Great work Fifine Technology! Keep it up! If you buy one you wont be disapointed if you play with volume/distance to find where it picks up your voice the best. This could be a great podcast/gaming/general mic like the company advertised. This one mic could also easily pick up 3-4 people, used as a room mic. Again, great value.

I am a dragon speech recognition user from way back. I have used a number of microphones over the years. Before purchasing this microphone I was using a Dragon Bluetooth headset. I have Dragon installed on a Windows 10 laptop. With the Bluetooth headset I was constantly having problems with the Bluetooth microphone not staying connected in between uses. I decided to look for a USB microphone that might be a little more stable with the software. I was very impressed with this microphone when I took it out of the box. It appears to be high quality. I was also impressed with the low price point. I've used it now for a little over a week. I have dictated in Microsoft Word, Gmail and other online message apps. The rate of accuracy for me has been close to 100%. I did not get close to that with the Bluetooth microphone. Usually I was in the 80 / 90% accuracy range depending on the type of dictation I was doing. Needless to say I'm very happy with this purchase.

If you buy anything from Fifine you can expect to be met with quality. The gooseneck mic is very flexible but not too flexible that its wobbly. The mute button has been one of the best addtions to a mic I have seen. The microphone is crip and clear and the background noise is non existant.

This Fifine K052 microphone is a solid microphone choice for things like YouTube, Twitch, podcasting, meetings, etc. It uses a cardiod pattern and has simple operation. No setup is required. It comes fully assembled and is plug and play ready with the connected usb cord. It comes with a foam pop filter and the gooseneck stem is flexible in two separate places so you can position the mic where you need it. The base is sturdy and has a mute button with LED indicator and gain knob on it. The sound quality is quite good. I like it at least as much as the Blue Yeti and better than the Turtle Beach Stream Mic. I should note that it doesn’t have a zero latency headphone input on it, but you can connect your headphones to your computer for that if you need it. Overall, I’m impressed with this mic. It has good quality at a reasonable price.

I have owned the Fifine K052 for the past two weeks and I have to say it is a fairly good microphone. The body is rigid and very high quality, and the goose neck allows you to point the microphone element in the direction of your voice in order to increase the quality of the audio that it is receiving. The goose-neck is made out of metal and it is rigid enough to stay in place, but flexible enough to move in any direction that you want it to move. The microphone comes also with a gain knob and a mute button. The gain seems to be fairly high after the halfway point, so I would recommend leaving it at around 1/4 of the way in order to get some pretty good sound. The mute button is fairly responsive, even more responsive than the one in the Blue Yeti. The cord is fairly long as well, long enough to reach the back of any desktop computers. Overall the sound that the microphone can record is fairly good, it seems to be in pair or better than the audio recorded by the blue yeti, just make sure to tune the gain of the microphone to not make it sound too loud. Very good microphone for the price.
