Great emergency or instant gratification food. The red chili peppers add just the right kick. With a pasta or rice dish, it's perfect and I love that it's naturally smoked, sustainably harvested and non-GMO. Straight out of the can, it's delicious. Add to a cracker and you're good to go!

Nice flavor, medium heat

Side by side comparison to regular smoked oysters they have a subtle flavor difference that's delicious. It probably comes from the hot pepper included but it doesn't taste like pepper. I just know that I now prefer the flavor of these to anything else. The heat really isn't that bad as it only lingers 5 minutes or less on the tongue.

The oysters were plump and delicious with just the right amount of bite. This was my first time buying these but now I am hooked. I love these and highly recommend for those who loved smoked oysters.

Good flavor

Normally warm it up in a saucer and add a little hot sauce to it. Tastes great. Goes fast.
