I waited to buy this pillow, thinking I would be able to just handle being surrounded by regular bed pillows and made it up to 27 weeks before caving and treating myself. I wish I hadn't waited. It seems like an expensive purchase to use only a few months, but it is so worth it. The pillow surrounds your body if you want it to (if you put the pillow between your legs for hip support flipping from side to side is still a pain). But I just curl mine up in a figure 8 shape and sleep on top of it. I can lay anyway I want on top and don't feel hip pain or pressure throughout the night. It is so comfortable I am finally sleeping and it is helping with hip and back pain. Plus, you don't have to worry about your many pillows falling on the ground or being thieved by your partner.

I don’t know how I ever survived without this pillow

I’m currently pregnant with my 4th and I honestly don’t know HOW I ever lived without this pillow. I CAN SLEEP NOW! It was becoming so unbearable, trying to get comfortable so that I could get any sleep was a joke. I finally decided on this pillow, after the painstaking process of reading reviews and searching through different listings. I am SO happy that I did! It’s a fantastic, versatile pillow. The cover is removable and super soft, like your “favorite Tee”, T-shirt fabric. I read reviews mentioning the seam splitting after washing (let’s be honest, SUPER SOFT T-shirt fabric is FRAGILE)....I initially washed the cover in a mesh bag but this last time I wasn’t thinking and threw it in the wash load without, no biggie, I have a little to-go sewing kit to stitch up the micro tiny hole in the seam. Still works great, cover and all. I LOVE THIS PILLOW.

Love this pillow...it has changed this Senior’s life!

This pillow has made a big difference in my life. I’m not pregnant, but a Senior with bouts of insomnia. I’ve bought so many regular pillows but would still toss and turn trying to get comfortable. Since I’ve started using this pillow, I’ve slept great. Sure, some nights I still have insomnia, but I don’t wake up anymore with a sore neck. I feel like I’m sleeping in a cloud..seriously. It has flattened some but that hasn’t bothered me. If it gets too flat I’ll just buy a new one..it’s not much more expensive than some of the other pillows I’ve bought that I never use! One thing I am surprised about is that my head is not resting on a big fluffy pillow. I thought this one would be too flat without a pillow underneath it for my head, but not at all! In fact, I start out with a regular pillow underneath while watching TV or reading in bed, but once I’m ready to close my eyes I remove that pillow. I fall asleep in a blink after that. My furry baby loves lying with her back against it too..a side benefit! So glad I gave this a try. Don’t know how I’ll ever sleep away from Home Now!

This pillow has been one of the best purchases of my life. I never sleep without it now. I find my fiance using it all the time. In his words, it is "the best sleeping product ever invented". My animals love it, too. It get some of the best sleep I have ever gotten. Pregnant or not, I think everyone should own this pillow. My only complaint is that it makes getting out of bed to pee three times a night difficult, because I am too comfy to want to get up... but the second I lie back down after emptying my bladder, I am back to peak comfort. I can sleep with it, sit up with it supporting my swollen feet, use it to give my back extra support while reading. It does it all! I can not speak highly enough of this pillow. I WILL WARN, it's a bit of a pain in the butt to get into the pillow case at first, just due to the weird shape of the pillow, but it's really not a big deal. I can NOT speak higher of this pillow, and I implore everyone to buy one. FORGET body pillows. PREGNANCY PILLOWS WILL RULE THE PILLOW WORLD.

Not just for pregnancy

I am not pregnant nor do I have plans to be. However, I suffered a back injury early this year. Positions that are comfortable on my back hurt my hips. I tried the U and J shaped ones but I found it hard to get in/out of and they were hard to maneuver from back, side, and stomach positions. I love this pillow with a couple of minor exceptions. The pillow under the case snags easily. I had a rough fingernail and it caused a snag in the casing. Luckily it didn't tear or puncture the casing so I'm hoping it holds up. The filing shifts also which is good for molding the pillow but after time there is a flat part where my head rests. I make sure to fluff it a little when I wash the case so that's not a show stopper for me. The case is easier for me than the U or J shaped pillows. The outside pillow case is a nice Jersey tee like material. The other part that thrilled me is the outer cover comes in colors other than white. For the price, I'm happy with the purchase. I'm just happy to sleep without pain.

Addicting

Let me start off by saying I'm not pregnant, nor have I ever been, nor do I ever intend to be. I do, however, have two herniated discs in my low back and am addicted to comfort. Well, this has been the best and worst thing I've ever purchased. The best because it is magical. I like to prop one end up on some pillows then lie on my back inside of it like a nest with the other end supporting my knees. It makes reading easier because my arms are propped up on the sides and it makes sleeping into a heavenly experience. I'm naturally a stomach sleeper so I eventually flip over and stretch out the C in my sleep to more of an L while I spoon the top half between my head and arm (perfect height for stomach sleepers) and have moved the bottom half out of the way of my feet. The worst because I am quite literally incapable of sleeping without it now. It makes the quality of my sleep so much better sleeping without it is pure torture now. Most recently it made sleeping on a rock hard, 15+ year-old, super lumpy futon a pleasant experience...

Great buy! I am glad I decide to go for it. I was hesitant because it isn't cheap and people said it is huge, but I am very happy. I am not small and we have a full bed and this has been fine. It has really helped me sleep! I am 23 weeks pregnant and the past couple weeks have been more difficult for sleeping. This pillow has helped me to sleep comfortably on my left side and stay tilted when I'm on my back with my legs up. I love it! Only complaint would be that it is warm, but nothing other than that. It is soft and comfy, not too firm. Love it!

Great pillow!

It honestly took me a while to adjust to this pillow, but I am finally there and I love it. I prefer to have the long side in front of me instead of behind, but that's just preference. I am not 33 weeks pregnant, and this is the only pillow I use every night. I would highly recommend this over the others that are much more expensive. Plus, it has a zippered outside cover that is comfortable enough to sleep on, but makes washing a breeze.

This pillow changes everything!

Love it! My husband and I have changed our time measurement to BP (Before Pillow) and AP (After Pillow). I wasn't sleeping well BP and would wake up 5-7 times a night, getting out of bed around 4 times for whatever reason. I would toss and turn and talk in my sleep and sometimes kick my poor husband. AP, I still wake up a few times per night (those raging hormones!) but I fall right back to sleep and feel rested in the morning. Aside from that, I don't thrash about anymore. I'm a right-side sleeper, but am training myself to sleep on my left. This pillow makes it so comfy! You can face either direction, and even on your back, the pillow provides just enough tilt so that you're not flat on your back (a pregnancy no-no). The gray matches our sheets so it doesn't look too ridiculous. I'm 5'1" and it works perfectly for me!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I bought this pillow for my second pregnancy and I am in LOVE with it. It seriously is so soft and comfortable--it feels like I'm sleeping in a freaking cloud every night. People have complained that theirs fell a part and/or ripped and I have no had that experience and I've been sleeping with it for a good 4 months now. I'm just careful when I turn over during the night and when I put the cover back on after washing. For my first pregnancy I had the Snoogle, which I also liked a lot, but I would recommend this pillow over the Snoogle. At least for pregnancy purposes--I can't speak for others. I don't usually like comparing two products like this in a review, but getting a good night's sleep while pregnant is no joke: 1. The PharMeDoc is thicker and softer. 2. The cover is waayyy easier to put on. 3. The ends of the pillow reach further than the Snoogle. This way, I can turn either way in the night and have full support for both my back and preggo tummy. 4. It's cheaper! I paid $39 for mine. 5. Honestly, it's just more comfortable. The head portion of the Snoogle took me a long time to get used to, but this pillow is so soft and cozy it was a no brainer to keep it. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this. Hopefully I'll remember to come back and report on how it's held up for the duration of this pregnancy.
