Amazing Tripod for the price!

Great benefit-cost! Love it!!
I went to Amazon to check out all the lightweight tripods in person after doing a lot of online research. When I saw this VICTIV travel tripod on sale, I went for it. I tested it and found it meets most needs. This tripod and head has the best weight, price and feature combination. Tripod very light, good to travel, which makes it easy to take on a hike or traveling in general. Its very easy to unfold. Well designed to also convert to monopod. I carry it along with a mirrorless camera and uv filters. The flip locks are as easy to open/close, and I like it a lot and can see myself using a lot going forward. I was confused about the operation of detachable head before and emailed them. Not only do I give 5 stars to this tripod now, but to the manufacturer as well for their customer service and speed of resolution. Definitely a great purchase. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase for amateur photography.

Excellent, sturdy, multi-functional, bang-for-your-buck tripod/monopod setup
I have been using this for the last month or so and have been very happy with this tripod. It has proven nice and sturdy with my Sony a6000 even with my larger telephoto lens mounted on it. It goes down to a nice compact size that carries pretty well on my camera bag, while also going to a pretty tall height. The center hook on the bottom for stabilization works out quite well on it and I haven't had any issues with the strength of the hook. The addition of the monopod is much appreciated and I also haven't noticed any issues with the way it's integrated into the tripod. I'm definitely glad to have it after going to some events with only a tripod and having to deal with the moving crowds while also trying to get a proper angle for the shot. No complaints so far with this tripod, definitely glad I got this one, and I have recommended it to some of my friends who were looking for an improved setup for their cameras, and I will absolutely continue to do so. If you're looking for a well-priced, well-built, reliable, and sturdy tripod, then this is absolutely the way to go.

Great tripod for the money. Just the head is not fluid ball, so I added another to it!
This is a great tripod for the money. Fairly sturdy, although at the extended top height, it could be sturdier. Will see how shots off that extended part go. If on the lower unextended portion, it is quite stable. (Meaning, just the 3 legs, not the center extended portion.) It works great with my other head, a KingJoy, that is a Manfrotto competitor for much less. The head it comes with is not bad, but is not intended to be used as a panning head for videos. No fluid motion to it at all. But, this tripod does provide height that most other tripods do not: 70"+ reach, which is needed at times in my fields of Real Estate and Architectural photography. It also works great as a travel tripod, because it folds up quite small for such a tall tripod. Solid build, and it has one of the legs covered with a padded holder, so you don't freeze your hands off. Combine these two products to get a great, under $100 solution. (Actually, it's more like a $75+ solution; but I digress...)

I absolutely Love this tripod/monopod

I should have bought this LONG AGO.
I am guilty like all of us for being cheap. Bought a couple of $19 tripods...absolute garbage. Bought this...and it is still pretty cheap for the price but what a dream to use. The quality for the price is amazing. Stable...easy to use and came with 2 shoes. I love it.

Very Sturdy Portable Tripod
I'm an amateur photographer who sometimes needs a tripod, particularly for low light or night photography. I'm not looking to work professionally, or sell anything I take, but I want decent basic equipment. I like this particular tripod. it's well made, and pretty solid for a tripod that's reasonably easy to transport. Good quality aluminum parts throughout, snap extension locks, carrying handle, self adjustable feet, carrying case...lots to like there. It's a pan head, with a pretty standard plastic head at this level. It comes with an extra removable base plate, too, which is good. The nice thing is that the head is removable, so you can use a variety of other units on this tripod. You'll need a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter for most replacement heads, but these are easy to find and cheap on Amazon. Perhaps the best thing about this tripod is that the center unit is removable and doubles as an extendable monopod, greatly adding to its versatility. It's a good unit in this price range, and I'm well satisfied with it. Recommended.

The value for money! Strong and easy to sep up.
I got this tripod in December last year and I have used it a lot. I took it to few trips in Brazil. I got this because of the price and the low light weight and I was looking for a tripod with monopod for the travels because I got a small tripod from the same company in June last year for a trip to Alaska and I was happy with it but I had to carry a tripod and a monopod. It is well made tripod and you can get it really high If you need to get a photo or video above your subject it is perfect. I am impressed with it. After two months using on the beach, salt water, river and the cities. Things that I love about this tripod the quality, light weight, easy to remove the monopod and I still can use it as tripod for my second camera. You will see few photos. I took the hook for your bag or a weight bag, remember it is aluminum so on a wind day you have to use something to make it heavier and stabilize it, but what I did was to add a ball head for a mirrorless or GoPro câmera or I used a pan & tilt head at the bottom. I could use two cameras for photo, video or timelapse and if I had to get a shot from above I was just put the tripod over it. It comes with two tripod plates so one was on my camera and the second on my big lens, Fujifilm 50-140mm f2.8, it make your life easier and you can change fast to get the next shoot. One thing I didn’t like was the handle it can be remove it, no need. You be happy with this tripod.
