Great rangefinder for bowhunting
I bought some of the first digital rangefinders on the market from Bushnell and Nikon. These were great for their time, but this new product from AOFAR is much better. The minimum and maximum distances offer a far greater range and the product shows not only the actual distance, but the shooting (horizontal) distance as well. I used to mentally subtract yardage for this, which was guesswork. This product takes the guesswork out! The design is nice, too.

Good value
I did side by side test with Sig Kilo2200 and Nikon 4K. Maximum reliable measurement distance to trees for this AOFAR was 600yard, for Sig 2200 was 700yard, and for Nikon 4K was 800yard. I’m sure they all can preform better if the target is a wall or some better reflective surface. I’m a hunter and I mostly hunt in east coast woods. The longest distance shot I did is 425 yard for a Montana elk. So this unit is plenty for my hunting needs. And it’s half the price of the sig 2200 and less than half of the Nikon 4K, it’s a good value.

Worth the money
I bought this for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, so far so good! He loves it. I had looked at some “name brand” range finders and reading the reviews it wasn’t worth the money...seen this instead the reviews and bought and would buy again.

Great size and easy to use!!!
This is a great little range finder! Easy, one handed use that fits perfectly to your hand. I purchased it to use with my crossbow, and it works great! Love the feature of angle trajectory, but I found out that unless you are really high up in a stand, it doesn't change that much. I set my crossbow up for 20,30 and 40 yards. Bottom line is that it does what you need it to do. Highly recommend!!!

Great value
So far works great. Clear glass and easy to focus. Seems very accurate, even out to 500 yards.

Love AOFAR range finder

Same accuracy as ones costing over twice as much
I bought this for 3D archery and maybe some target practice with rifles. My buddy bought a more expensive brand with much longer range. We compared the two and they both returned the same readings out to about 250 yards on very large target's. The more expensive one is a little smaller and lighter but I'm happy to trade that for the price. For archery I only really need 60 yards and the photo shows it does that just fine. Photo was taken at dusk in cloudy weather and had no problem. I also like the case that came with it.
