Heavy cords should hold up & output is 12V. Handy item for me!

Works with 120w Air Compressor

It worked with my 120w air compressor which is what I bought it for. The cord is too short but workable. The car lighter socket doesn't have a tight fit so it can lose connection. Sometimes it sparks when plugging it into my outlet but that could be my outlet's fault. Overall, it did what I needed it to do!

This unit easily provides the power needed for the two different tire inflation units(one at a time) I purchased. The price is very reasonable and seems very well made. I would buy this again.

Don't drain your car battery while using air compressor for your tires!!

I bought a nice and powerful air compressor because despite instructions to Tire shops about what pressure I want in my tires after service, they never get it right and I got tired of going to gas stations and paying for air! The compressor runs off of 12V cigarette lighter socket and then I faced a new problem. Either keep the car running in the garage or risk draining the car battery. Also, the amp falls when car is turned off. Enter this Purchase! 10 amps as promised and runs off of in-home AC power supply. I can also run other equipment with it that are meant to run off of your car's lighter socket. Very happy with the purchase!

Problem solved..

Perfect solution for my 12V portable compressor..don’t always have access to a ‘cigarette’ lighter.....plenty of power... bike tires to car tires no problem.

Works great

This converter works great with my portable AstroAl air compressor. It is a lot easier to use than starting my car to use the cigarette lighter socket.
