Fast Track

Watch out when replacing these "remotes". The pictures don't show the connector & there is my problem. We all know our chairs don't work without this piece so replacing it quick!y with the right one is important. I quickly ordered a 2 switch 5 pin & found the one I ordered did not fit in any way. It was straight' the one I needed had a crook in it at the very end and the 5 pins did not line up. I had to find another but now knowing I needed a different kind' I had already thrown out the original. I ordered this one and it said I had a 3 day wait. I had been without my chair for 4 days by this point so I hoped. This company fast tracked the control to me and I got it by the next day, evening. Made all the difference to me.

It works !

Received this item a few minutes ago. Plugged the cord/ 5 pin connector into the motor at the base of this power lift chair. Checked that it worked and zip tied it in place. No lights on this controller (I don't think they were supposed to have any but I thought I read one review that said something about green lights when the buttons were pressed). The buttons work fine. The cord is a good length. Fast delivery . Sturdy packaging. Pictures posted of my old control if that helps.

Perfect Replacement for the Recliner Remote

Amazon had the least expensive recliner lift remote. eBay had the same for three times the price. The remote was very easy to replace and we were done in a few minutes, Be sure to check your remote connection to the motor under the recliner. There are many different replacements. Some have three pins and others have 5 pins. Replacing the remote is a lot cheaper than buying a new recliner lift chair.

Does the Trick Nicely

I purchased this controller to replace the original that came with my chair and it installed easily and works exactly as advertised. The factory original one cracked where the cord entered the hand held device, this one seems to be better constructed. Additionally, the original had lighted buttons so the controller would always run the battery down. This one, with no lights (I can figure out which button does what...) does not discharge the battery backup for my chair.

This chair control is a literal lifesaver for me!

Due to health issues--arthritis and heart problems--I sleep in my old Comfortlift powered recliner, with my legs well elevated. A week ago, the chair control stopped working entirely and I was having to "innovate" other sleeping arrangments, without much success. The original chair control is no longer made, but I found this CUGLB control online as a viable substitute. IT WORKS GREAT! The price is very affordable, service was good, and installation was pretty much "plug and play". And with my health problems, I consider having my recliner working again a lifesaver!

Quick shipping, good price, works exactly as advertised. This fixed a fairly new recliner that was damaged by a lightning strike that fried the existing electronics. For just a few dollars I was able to fix a recliner that I paid over $800.00 for. The seller gave a very good description of the item and described the item well. I would certainly buy from this seller again.

A Simple Fix

My adult son has a neurological disease that has caused him to use a power wheel chair. His power recliner is a huge benefit to keeping his legs elevated to relieve edema, so when his remote was damaged it was essential to replace the part ASAP. I went through the warranty we purchased (for $100) for his chair to get a 'free' fix. There were forms to fill out, photos to submit, claims to follow up on, and the part wasn't delivered for nearly 3 weeks! Of course, accidents happen, and the replacement remote was damaged in less than 2 weeks. I found this remote listed as fitting his particular recliner model, and it had next day delivery: so I ordered it and was able to replace it promptly. We were very pleased with the heavier coiled cord, which suggests it will be less likely to become caught in the chair. I plan on ordering a second remote, just to have another on hand for an emergency.

The best $20 I have spent in a while!

I just received this remote for a Pride lift chair I inherited from my late father, it was a simple installation: unplug the old 5 pin remote & plug in the new one.So glad I found this replacement remote, I thought I was going to have to junk the chair when the old remote died. I am delighted with this product!

Works with Palliser Sectional/Recliner with identical 5 pin connector -

I grabbed this item as a temporary fix for a Palliser sectional recliner whose switch had gone bad. The OEM did not offer parts, but I did find the OEM part on from ProFurnitureParts another Amazon supplier but with a two week delivery time. Getting this item on PRIME gave me a next day fix for a stuck recliner.

Perfect replacement for Best brand controls

This works as a perfect replacement for the Best brand control on the Best brand chairs at about 1/4 of the cost. I don't yet know how long it will last but I have had to replace the Best brand controls on each of my two chairs at least once a year so if this lasts a year it is a great savings - and even more, if it lasts more than a year, then it makes my wife safer in the chair; more than once she's had to crawl out of it when the Best controls failed.
