Nice globe

Very nice globe. Vibrant colors. LED light is very bright and globe can be used as a night light. The 8 inch size is great as it is not too big. It looks nice in our living room.

I got this as a gift for a child, he was delighted with it. He sat there inspecting it and pointing out the north pole . we love it

Super cute and bright when lit up.

I purchased this for my classroom so students can see what the world looks like. The added surprise is that it lights up. I work in special education so having the globe light up really caught their attention.

nicely made light up globe

Bought for my son to help learn geography. Seems well built and should last him. Came with the batteries which is nice. It is not huge so it doesn't take up a ton of room. Would have been cool if it had a timer for the light so it could be used as a night light.

PERFECT SIZE

Received this item yesterday evening and was thrilled at it's appearance, beautiful crystal clear continents surrounded by deep blue ocean. When illuminated, takes on a striking distinctive glow which serves as an enhancement to any room. Not overpowering, but large enough to offer detail of countries, cities, etc... Magnifying glass accompanying item helpful for closer inspection of item. Very pleased thus far with this purchase

Perfect Globe

This globe is absolutely unexpected. It's bright enough to be a night light for a kids room, and small enough to fit on our bookshelf without looking cramped. My nieces loved the light up feature when looking at this, and it comes with a small magnifying glass (that isn't really needed, but it's a nice touch and kids love using it). You really can't beat it for the price. It comes with the 4 AA batteries needed, and other than inserting the batteries, it's fully assembled. There's a little distortion to part of India, but everything is still very recognizable and labeled correctly. I'm going to buy a couple more and give as presents to teachers and administrators at the school where my wife works.

Nice, well made

Very nice globe that is well made, lights up very well. Comes with magnifying glass so it is easier to read all the small places labeled on the globe. Only downside is that it does not spin fully up, down, side to side- not a huge deal though. Great globe, lights up the room!
