I like how easy it is to install and that it turns in both directions when you squeeze the sides. We also use one for a corner cupboard.

Great oven lock!

Was very easy to put on. Sticks very well. Very easy to use. Quick and easy open/close to get in and out of your oven with ease. Did not come off even with my son pulling on the oven door! I loved this lock so much that I just ordered a new one for my new oven in our new house! Highly reccomend this oven lock!

Keeps my 18 month old out!

We've had this oven lock for two months. My 18-month-old used to pull the oven door down often and climb on top (when the stove was off). She tried a few times when we installed this and then gave up. It's very easy to turn and we haven't had any issues with the adhesive.

So glad I finally found a lock that will work on my oven. It’s been in use for about a month and seems very sturdy.

Works Great to Block Lever

I used this to block the flush lever on a toilet. My son flushes endlessly. I can see the water meter spinning in my imagination. I installed the oven door lock with the lever arm down so it did not block the flusher. When I turn it horizontal, it sits just under the flusher & blocks it. My son cannot flush when the lock lever arm is horizontal. And I can put the lever arm down when flushing is needed. Problem solved! This seems like it would work on an oven. It bonds well (72 hours wait time) & seems sturdy. I only put 4 stars on durability because we have only been using it for a few days.

It works!

I really like this oven lock. It sticks well and blocks the door from opening. My 18 month old can’t figure out how to use it but it is easy enough for my husband and I to use without a lot of effort. This oven lock is much better than one I had previously which was made by one of the big name brand baby safety companies.

To keep your lil pumpkins from opening the oven

My son is 3.5 and he is also autistic so recently he had learned he can open the oven door, he doesn't really understand when you tell him something is hot and I am not about to let him get burned to "teach him a lesson" so I had tried other locks previously and found as soon as the oven heated up they would fall off (the adhesives never worked) I bought this lock and its been well over a month it was super easy to install and use and no matter how hard he has pulled on it it didn't budge so I am very pleased, it keeps him safe and I highly recommend it if you have any little ones in the house. It has deterred him enough he doesn't even try any more and he is slowly understanding what hot means. I have the rest of my kitchen locked up like Alcatraz so I am so happy I now have my oven door inaccessible to him

I just got this and so far I love it. Super easy and keeps baby from opening the oven door. I need to order two more for the dishwasher and fridge! I hate complicated annoying baby proof items. This one is simple, easy, quick and gets the job done.

Works as advertised

I purchased this product to keep my two year old from opening the oven door. Works very well, however, I wished it came in different colors to match the appliances.
