Car Door Edge Guards

Put these on my 2017 RAV4 and they look great and were easy to install (just measure, cut and tap in place with a rubber mallet), Have been thru numerous car washes since installing and the adhesion aspect is not a problem at all. Surprisingly, have even gotten compliments on them complimenting their appearance and mentioning the fact they knew they were not from the factory. Go figure!

This is what you want. Put this on all four doors and my tailgate on my JGC Trailhawk. Not sure about how long it will really last but it looks like it will last longer then the cheap glue ones. This product has thin metal throughout it and has grip on inside that looks like it will hold it in place for a good long time. Make sure to use a rubber mallet or if you have a good hand and eye a hammer to install it properly

Great Product (so far)

I purchased this product to replace a cheaper, vinyl door edge guard that wouldn't stay in place. The Winunite product was easily installed (a rubber mallet is a good choice) and it appears that it will do what I want, and that's to protect the door edges. The edge guard installs quickly and the entire process took me about 25 minutes to do all four doors on my Subaru Outback. I had enough "extra" that I could install an additional guard across the bottom of the rear lift gate. The product itself is a thicker rubber that feels very substantial and I would expect that it will last for a long time. The embedded stainless steel clip appears to hold strongly. Finally, the cost ($13) for 16' feet of quality material looks to be a bargain, plus it looks nice.

This product took less than 10 minutes to install and was very easy. The rubber mallet helped finish the job to perfection now the edge of my doors look great.

Perfect door protectors and easily installed.

A little hard to install

I got rid of the clear stuff. It tends to yellow and fall off after the glue hardens in a year or two. This stuff is a little difficult to install but it will be there for the life of the car. It is black but it is not bad looking even on a white car. It is about the same cost as the clear plastic junque.

A Very Good Door Edge Guard

This door edge guard is tough. It will protect your door edges from paint chips if your door hits something when opened. The install was easy. Installation is easier when the material is warm.

No more door dings

This product is easy to install, only took a couple minutes to tap into place with a rubber mallet. Good adhesion and looks better than I expected. No more dinging my wife's car door in the garage.
