These guys get 5 stars across the board. The unit is the best bang for your buck out there and boy does it produce! I, being very new at this broke a part, emailed the guys, and they sent me the part for free! I insisted it was my fault and wanted to pay for the part but they wouldn't have it. They are an amazing group! They seriously deserve all 5 stars!

Great Press && Customer Service!

Updated** After contacting the company I received a new press in 2 days! They have amazing customer service and responded quickly to my email. Sent out a new press right away and sent a paid shipping label for the previous one. Overall super satisfied with this company and the press. The press itself preforms extreamly well! It’s a little hard to get locked into place, although that is adjustable. Great yeild and quality product. Will be ordering from them again when the time comes. Previous review: Works well, although the one screw is cross threaded and looks like it might break. Will be contacting the company next.

No brainer, great lil press for the price!

I absolutely love this thing, great for light presses! Easy peazy to use, I was pressing within 10 minutes of unboxing. I definitely tested its pressure capability and bent a screw and contacted Dulytek. I was got a reply and a new pack of screws sent out by the next day! Amazing customer service! Hard to find nowadays.. Happy with my product as a beginner, Ive gotten 30% returns as shown in the pictures. No doubt, I'll be upgrading soon.

Great little press. Very well built. Shipping was a week delayed but the seller was very helpful and even sent me a dab kit first class fir free, git here before the press. All and all. Um very happy with dullytek and there customer service. A+
