Very nice

This was given as a grab bag gift and was the most popular item. It keeps wine cold so there's no getting up and getting it out if the refrigerator. Very nice.

Works well on Astis - which usually have difficult to remove corks.

Months ago my sister said she wanted a wine chiller. For her birthday I ordered this and she was thrilled. She loves the contemporary shape, style and color. She can't wait to use it!

It does keep your bottle chilled

It has a very classy look. I used it for the hot holidays and put a chilled bottle if wine in it. The wine stayed chilled for a long time. When I set it out in the bar with glasses was a very elegant dislpay.

For professional, home, or picnic use, this is the chiller you want

I run professional wine tasting demos, having bottles on a table for 3+ hours as I pour them. These chillers work splendidly! Even with the bottles going in and out, they maintain a good chilled temperature throughout the tasting: my bottles come out of the fridge, go directly into these, and by the end of the tasting are in the low 60s (temp. taken in the air gap between bottle and interior of chiller). I put these (I have 2, and will buy more if/when I need to) in the freezer the night before as well, but I don't think that dramatically increases the chiller's efficiency by much - it is a sound product as is! I have only used them thus far in springtime temperatures here in California, but I have high hopes that they'll still perform well come triple-digit summer weather. If not, I'll revisit this review in August and share my findings. I've been very careful handling my chillers, storing them in the original box and bubble wrap when not in use, but in use/transit one did hit against something that chipped the paint a little. It doesn't bother me, but I wanted to share that to not disillusion you that these are indestructible and won't get scratched with regular use.
