Don't bother looking elsewhere

If you like a real martini, which only has a few ounces of liquor in it (versus one of the various sweetened -tini options often seen on today's drink menus), this is the perfect glass. With 3-4 ounces of liquor, plus the 1.5 ounces or so of water that results after stirring it in ice, the size of this glass is perfect. Most other glasses sold these days are far too big for an original martini. Also, I've used other glasses that are too light and delicate, and break very easily. This glass is sturdy and has a little weight to it. Best of all, it's actually reasonable in price. There is no need to look elsewhere.

Exactly as advertised

Finally drinking a martini from a glass that is not 2-3x the necessary size. My martinis are 2.5 gin, 1 vermouth, and 0.4 ice/water. Any more and you should probably get a glass with a slightly higher capacity. But perfect for me.

Great value. Impressive

Received very well packaged - double sealed in bubble wrap and air-cushioned box fillers. No chance for breakage. Perfect size and nice weight - like feeling of lead crystal glasses at a 1/4 of the price. Better than I imagined. Glad I didn't buy the Libby brand.

Sturdy, Inexpensive, Real

So you like to drink real martinis because you are fancy, but you're not fancy because you're rich, oh no, you are not at all rich, and you need a real martini glass that is not made out of plastic and is not actually for margaritas and is inexpensive but not so cheap that it breaks easily because, let's face it, despite your fanciness, you are a bit clumsy sober, let alone when you are tipsy from all those martinis? Look no further. *These are real martini glasses for real martinis *These are sturdy *These are inexpensive No they are not perfect (a few slight warbles in the glass here and there) but you're not looking for perfection are you? If you are I suggest buying some nice super expensive crystal glasses, you fancy rich person.

Pleasantly surprised....

I was thrown aback by the accuracy of the dimensions of the glass. Usually my experience with ordering glassware online, 90% of time the item is too small or too big. These glasses are perfect. I love them. Sturdy, not thin just as described. Kudos!!!

Quality Margarita Glasses

Very nice glasses! Nice thin rims for salt! Pleasant size to hold! I enjoy quality glassware when I have friends over for dins or drinks and these fill the bill nicely. There are lots of different margaritas so I prefer a plain glass. These have nice balance and a nice size well-ie they are nicely proportioned. I plan on ordering another set so I can have enough for my big table!

Perfect size and weight for me

Glassware is very subjective. Some people prefer a more delicate glass and have written negative reviews about this product. I prefer barware that has a little weight to it. I like the weight of these martini glasses. They feel balanced in my hand and are the perfect size for a traditional martini. There's a glass bump on the rim of each glass, but that doesn't bother me. For the price, these Martini glasses fit the bill for me. The glasses arrived in tact and were shipped inside a cardboard box with cardboard separators between each glass. That box was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a shipping box.

Nice glasses - like the smaller size

I really like these glasses, including the smaller size. I know most restaurants typically offer 8 oz or 10 oz, but I think the smaller 6 oz size is actually more elegant (not to mention slows my drinking down a bit, lol). Packaging was fine, no damage to any of the glasses. They turn out well in the dishwasher, and appear to be sturdy enough to withstand a bit of rough handling. Overall, for the price - I'm happy with them.
