Nice and handy

I bought this product to put in my walking closet as it doesn't have light nor has any cable going there. I was able to install it on the ceiling using double-sided tape instead of screw it came with as it was very light. Now my closed is bright and it turns on automatically when I enter the closet. I will buy 1 more for my hallway. I would definitely recommend this handy ceiling light.

Going to buy two more

Easy to install and replace batteries. Not a bright light, but enough to see the stairs. Motion detector works very well. I use it light up the entrance from garage into home. I will be buying another one for the basement stairwell, and another one for a friends basement stairwell. UPDATE 2/19/2019 I ordered one for a friends basement stairwell. They love it! UPDATE 4/2019 I ordered one for my basement stairwell. Works great. Will be buying two more for the basement. This sure beats running electrical wires...

Good night light

This LED dome light is perfect for my house's hallway. It's motion sensor and it's exactly what i need. Not too bright so it's perfect for a night light in my hallway. It uses 4 AA batteries, and the backplate has 3 holes so you can mount it on the ceiling and just twist the light on. Super easy to install.

Simple to install, great bright light, way more than usual. I can see in my Garage at night.

I was looking for a motion sensor light for a garage with no electric. In winter or late at night getting to the car in the dark was not fun. I found this light on Amazon and it appeared to be what I wanted. The best part besides the great amount of light is that simply lifting the garage door causes it to come on, so you don't even have to walk into the path of a sensor for it to work. I may get another for some other purpose. It shuts off quickly after you are out of range of it. I mounted mine on a piece of wood and then nailed it to a stud, works like a charm.

It will light you up

The entrance to my house is pretty dark and I was looking for a economical way to light up the way to my doorway. I decided to get the Motion Sensor Ceiling Light Battery Operated. This works great for me it uses 4 AA batteries and since the bulbs are LED it will last for ever. The light comes on automatically after it detects movement and it automatically turns off after 20 seconds. I also want to note that the light does not come on during the day which is great. I really recommend this light to anyone look to light up those dark places on a budget.

Bright

Easy to install, nice bright motion light. The only downside is that at night my cat has discovered that he can turn on the light, so he now takes a different path, so that it turns on, while we are asleep. I like it where it is, so I am going to put up a valance to diffuse the brightness but hubby can still see into his closet and it still light the small hallway..

Play withit before you mount it fixed.

Purchased it for a specific need for a specific location, needed a light on the way to the garage. Till this sensor light, I had to turn two light toggles and this one actually covers both of them. My recommendation is, play with it before you mount it so it will sensor you at the best location. I've used glue instead of the bolts and unfortunately, this is not the best place for me, the wall was a better option than the angled sealing. over all - does the job. Update December 7 I've added additional sensored light at the lower side of the stairs, now I've got full coverage of the staircase.
