Great little thumb drive with 128GB. The fact that it is USB 3.0 is also a very nice plus. I would recommend this thumb drive to any one.

[Update: I wrote another very large file (10GB+) to the device that was even faster (25-27MB/sec) than the first one (below). Also, these thumb drives are smooth to touch and feel very sturdy.] Lots of choices for thumb drives, they are everywhere. But it makes little sense to buy smaller ones now. I chose these (a 32GB and a 128GB) for their value and also because my PC requires at least a 16GB drive to create a rescue disk. First, I did a full format (Quick Format disabled) using exFAT (Default) File System by right-clicking on the drive as shown in Windows File Explorer. When I went to write a 10GB file to it, I found I should have selected File System NTFS since my file was too big for the default file system (my mistake - I had suspected this would be so but did not act on my own concern). To fix my error, all I had to do was Quick Format to NTFS, then do the file write ... 9,654,078,976 bytes in just over 6 minutes. That's about 25 MB/second (using a USB 3.0 port on my PC). I also ran a cksum on both files to prove the file-write was 100% correct. All checked out. I would buy again and recommend these thumb drives to anyone.

I like how this thumb drive is 128 gb and 3.0 usb for a good price. A nice feature of this drive is that it has an easy slide protection cover, but it easily plugs into a computer unlike some thumb drives that collapse when trying to plug them in. It also is easy to attach the thumb drive to a key ring. I got this drive to use in my Tesla Model 3 for recording video. Very happy with the purchase.

I'm not sure what the deal is but I ordered a 128GB Techkey F90 flash drive. The package says 128GB but the drive is only recognized as 32GB and will only format as 32GB. ** UPDATE ** I talked to the people at YIKO and they made everything right. They admitted that it was their issue and apologized. A new drive was sent to me and it formatted to the 128GB as advertised.

At first, it was a little difficult to insert it into my USB port. However, after It was inserted in the USB port the flash drive was easy to install and ready for use. So far its compatible with the data I needed to be saved. The physical size of the drive is a little big for the usb on my laptop. I am Looking forward to using the drive for data storage.

I bought this specifically to use as a portable Linux Mint OS system. It formatted and performs flawlessly. Reads and writes quickly. I like the physical size and feel of the unit. Feels substantial - NOT flimsy or cheap, Works very well for my purposes.

I bought this hoping it would work with my Playstation 3, and it definitely did. The metal outside seems very durable which is what I need since I'm a little clutzy. I loaded it up with mp4 files and sure enough, the PS3 plays them no problem. I copied with an average write speed of 20mb/s but that might be my computer. This drive is still faster than my other thumb drives by far. Time will tell if it's going to last, but I will change my review if it does not. :)

I give alot of training and wanted a thumb drive with substantial storage space that would allow me to save dozens of presentations, videos and handouts. Having multiple storage devices becomes difficult to keep organized, and I don't always use the same computer - plus I don't like chewing up hard drive space. And I've found internet coverage to vary by location so doing a cloud option is not ideal either. Having this device on my keychain is super convenient!

I purchased the 128GB USB 3.0 flash drive for a reasonable price as a Christmas present for a house mate and he is very happy with it. It has a good read and write speed even on USB 2.0 and sliding protective cover is nice. It doesn't stick out too much from the laptop which can cause stress on the computer port.

I was looking for a compact, durable, 128GB Flash Drive 3.0, which had a built-in USB connector protector. This filled the bill exactly.
