Three reasons to buy this

Here are three reasons to buy this adapter vs. the many other similar adapters listed on Amazon: 1. It works! The risk with doodads like this is that they won't be reliable, won't work with your device, will have some things they do well and some they don't, and so on. I've not found any such problems with this adapter so far. I've used it for several hours with my iPad Pro and a TV and there have been no dropouts, sync issues, artifacts, or other problems. HDCP-protected content has played over this adapter to the TV without a problem. I don't need it to do anything other than just work, and it does. 2. It seems well-built. Only time will tell how it holds up, but the materials feel premium, the cable is sheathed in a nice woven nylon-like material, strain relief seems good, etc. I can see some minor asymmetry in the HDMI barrel connector when I look at it head on, but that's only because I was looking for it and this does not seem like an issue. Overall, this little thing looks like it costs more than it does. 3. It doesn't cost much! Simple gadget, simple price. Less even than Amazon's own house brand, and I daresay it feels more expensive than Amazon's. Here's a bonus reason: 4. It's no bigger than it needs to be, and will fit easily in your cord and cable bag. Some of these adapters are like taking an entire TV with you. You won't notice having to add this to your collection and tote it with you. Does the job, doesn't feel cheap, doesn't cost much. Great combination.

Impressive for the price

Purchased a new MacBook and needed an adaptor for my monitor as my old MacBook leveraged an HDMI to HDMI. This worked perfectly and you can tell it’s well constructed. For this price, it’s hard to beat!

High quality at low pricepoint

This adapter is sturdy and high quality. The silver parts in the pictures are aluminum and the black is hard rubber. The cable in the middle is made of nylon and feels very strong. I bought this adapter to connect an HDMI monitor to my Macbook pro and have had no issues so far. Just plug and play. Overall impressed and very happy!

The quality and service is the best!

I love the quality of the materials that this USB C to HDMI cable is built with. It will last a life time, and it does have a lifetime warranty with an unlimited refund. When I installed the cable, it fit on both ends with perfectly tight grip. The picture quality on my monitor and pen tablet is fabulous. I really couldn't ask for a better quality adapter. I am extremelyt pleased with the smooth transaction and the product.

Works as DeX and screen mirroring for s8

It was exactly how the description says. I plugged into my TV and it went into DeX mode, which I did not know would happen. I ordered for screen mirroring which it does great and got DeX an added bonus I wasnt expecting. No lag, picture is great and works as soon as plugged in. No additional software or special requirements. I'll be seeing if this works on my switch hopefully it will. If so I'll leave a separate review. But received fast and have no complaints great price as well

I can use my projector now

I upgraded my mac and they changed from the traditional display port to a usb-c type display port. I didn't really want to shell out $50 for a new adapter from apple so I found this one on Amazon much cheaper. Works great and I like the fabric chord.

Awesome product at a great price.

I bought this to connect my Samsung Galaxy S8+ to my TV. I was tired of using chromecast to mirror my phone to my TV cause of the delay, buffering and quality of picture. This adapter got rid of all of that. No more delay, awesome picture and no more buffering or weird out of sync audio. I did a quick Google search for the best USB type C to hdmi and more than one site named QGeeM the absolute best. Also, best priced as well. They were absolutely right. Don't waste your money getting other ones. I've used other ones and the picture always seemed a little grainy or the audio wasnt that great. I'm glad I did a little research and went with QGeeM.

Great product

I am using this cable connector on Galaxy Note 9 as a Dex cable. The connector works very well. The biggest advantage of this product over Samsung's Dex cable is that you do not need to unplug one end of the cable. Sometimes it is challenging to disconnect existing cable from the monitor and use a different cable. This connector is very useful in this sense (ease of use). The quality of material used is great. The only issue is that samsung device will warn that use original cable.

Yes you can extend external displays with these

If you have a MacBook Pro with usb-c only, and you want to connect 1 or 2 additional monitors that have hdmi ports (non-thunderbolt) this is what you want. Yes you can extend the displays, not just mirror. Yes they are high quality, not cheap plastic. No you don’t need an expensive hub to do this. Just use your normal hdmi cables with these adapters. It really is that simple.

Great HDMI USB-C Adapter

I purchased this USB-C HDMI adapter for my MacBook Pro 2018. It fits the USB-C port on my MacBook Pro with no problem. I was able to connect my MacBook Pro to my external monitor's HDMI port, and can now have 2 displays going at the same time. The build quality of the adapter is top notch. I like the color of the adapter, and the braided cable gives it a premium feel. So far I like it, and highly recommend it.
