2004 Dodge Ram 1500 install. Just take your time...and be careful.
These LEDs really do brighten up the instrument panel. I bought the white LEDs and they shine through a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT as blue (since there is a blue tint on the panel overlay). Taking apart the dash was the scary part... however installing the bulbs wasn't overly difficult. I wish I knew how to light this panel up for a bench test without having to plug it back in to the vehicle to see which bulbs didn't light up. However, I plugged it in, took a picture with my phone to see which bulbs didn't light up and reversed those bulbs 180 degrees to get them to turn on. Definitely made a visual difference in the display... very bright. Total install took me about 2 1/2 hours just because I was being super careful taking the dash apart to get to the panel (vehicle repairs like this are not something I do often). Overall I'm impressed by the product.

Worked for me 04 ram
Works as described. Little tip, don’t use a flathead if you keep slipping off. Grab a needle nose and turn it. I had to put a little pressure into getting the new ones on, it may seem like it won’t turn, but it does. Don’t completely reassemble before testing. Plug it in. Test, take a picture for reference and then pull it off and whatever bulbs are still not lit turn them 180 degrees.

05 dodge ram 3500
Love the brightness over stock. Install was easy just takes time. Fyi do not install trim until tested, leds will only work 1 way so if the bulb isnt lighting up switch it around. On my truck there was a black box that you have to remove in the center of the gauge cluster. ( lift off toward you, do not try to slide it off I almost broke mine)

Oh my what a difference!
Installed the cool white lights and the new aqua blue color on the display is eye popping. Was pleasantly surprised at the custom look these led lights added to my 16 year old Dodge Ram 1500. Like the photos that are posted, which inspired my choice, again all I can say is WORTH The Money And Effort. On the installation, there are videos on the internet that make this task fairly easy, but keep in mind that the led replacement bulbs are polarity sensitive. With that said, once you reconnect the instrument display, check and make sure that all the lights are working. Rotate the lights 180* on the ones that are not. That should correct any lights that weren’t on. The installation uses 12 lights and the kit came with 13, so now I have any extra light just in case. Price wise they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. If you are wanting to do this and are a bit intimidated, all I can say is Just Do It! Watch the installation videos or have a friend do it for you. If I have ANY issues in the near future, I will revisit my review and let y’all know.

Great mod, not for beginners, quality product.
I wanted to update the interior look of my 2003 Ram 1500, and get it to better match my Kenwood head unit. I also choose the same company for climate control bulb replacements. The value for the product price paid was great. They look great, and are dimmable. Now onto the facts. These are not for those who aren’t comfortable with working with tools and with electrical systems. You have to disassemble your dash, and remove the gauge cluster entirely. Then you have to remove 11 individual bulbs, replace them carefully, and then reconnect all wires to test if they polarity of each bulb was correctly installed. If any do not light, remove, rotate 180°, and reinsert. Once this is done, then everything has to be reassembled.

Easy To Install, Great Value
Very easy to install if you know what youre doing. Took me a little over 30 minutes from start to finish. Remember, if some stay unlit, rotate the bulb 180 degrees and it should work. As with any project, make sure you have the right tools. All youll need for a 2003-2005 Ram is a shorter phillips head screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers.

Looks great
The lamps that worked look great. Two bulbs were inoperable. I check all lamps before installing. Kinda disappointed because now I have a dead spot on dash lightning. Update. Their replacing bad bulbs. Great customer support.

Take your time and do it right , looks great!
Looks great even though it took some time to get it right. Just push the thin metal on the sides down a little with something and make sure all of them are nice and tight and should work. You need 11 bulbs and my package came with 12 so you should be fine.

Great Quality for the Money
These lights are an amazing replacement to the stock lights! Make sure to watch a YouTube video or two to see how to remove the instrument cluster beforehand. Otherwise, the lights go in easily with a pair of needle nose pliers. Check the lights all turn on before re-installing the cluster. The lights are much brighter than the original lights, and add a cool touch of color to your interior!
