It's so nice

Top notch quality

I love this product. There are tons of exercises to do with this piece of equipment. I use it in my home martial arts studio and have even had my personal student use it for endurance training. This is a high quality rope and doesn't get injured easily. The grip is perfect for my but my wife who is 4'10" it seems large for her but still is able to do the exercises.

Saves my back!

I really like this stool. Makes it easy to get up using the handles. Folds nicely for storage. It is a little rickety but you get used to it.
