Great Value

I drink about 4 a month and I prefer to not have to fight Walmart to get more. Prefer this to be delivered to my door. I've lost 24 pounds by drinking this twice a day and eating a non carb meal at super. I love this product!

Good flavor, not too filling

I was trying to cut back on carbs and this product helped me to do that. I can keep in keto at least every morning after 2 scoops of this. I also supplement it with other stuff such as chia seeds, almonds and pumpkin seeds. Has been working great for me.

Rich & Creamy

This powder tastes delicious! It says on the contianer that it enhances brain function. I tried it in the morning and it helps relieve the brain fog on the morning and improves my overall mood. I will be using this to supplement my diet because it works and tastes delicious. I will be buying a shaker with a ball inside to make mixing the high fat powder into a liquefied drink.

4lbs lost in 3 days!

Taste like milk to me. Not bad at all. I just started using this 3 days ago. The first day I used it for 2 meals but I tried it the next day in my coffee and I was hooked tastes amazing just like creamer. And the best part is I weighed myself this morning and I've already lost 4 lbs in 3 days. I also work out cardio 30 mins daily and trying out a keto lifestyle. Hopefully once my body kicks into ketosis I will lose even more! Kept me full for 5 to 6 hours!

Keto meal

Been using this for a couple months as part of my weight loss program... I'm down 19 pounds in 3 months and I don't feel hungry in the morning when I have this for breakfast

100% YUMMY!!!!!!

This is my second container. It tastes SO good I may never give it up, even when I reach my goal. Sticking to Keto can be tricky for me because I cook for a family of 7. Shakes have made it easier this time around. I mix this not with water, but with almond or coconut milk and it is like eating a dessert! I work graveyard shift and the energy this gives me is outstanding, better than Red Bull and lasts for hours! I highly recommend!!!!!

My new "go to" recipe for Keto shakes

Never tried Keto shakes before and I'm super happy with this one. Here is what I do to get it thick, yummy and low carb: Blend on high 2 scoops of mix, 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, about 2 tbsp. of heavy cream, 1 tbsp. of Smucker's creamy Organic Peanut Butter. Freeze for approx. 20 mins. Blend again at high speed again to thicken more. Total Net Carbs is 3. Helps with my hunger and the sweet tooth!

It really works

Just ordered my 3rd thing of this. I’m down 14lbs with ease. Only do 1 shake around 10am with unsweetened almond milk. It takes the brain work out of what’s for breakfast. Love this stuff. I get nervous when I run low. Will be purchasing this stuff for life!!
