WOW, what a bargain!!!

I bought this knife on a whim. Caught my eye and the price seemed fair. I've posted a pic of this knife along side my former go to Henckel knife that I have been using for more than 15 years. I've cut carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes all with ease and that was done after my wife used it to cut near frozen deer meat My wife used the knife this morning to cut deer meat for jerky. When we cut the deer meat we have to cut it partially thawed so we can get a thin slice. She loved the knife for this task. There really is nothing bad to say about this knife. It seems to be built extremely well. The shape will take a little getting used to as you can see it is quite different than the knife I normally use but I am sure it will continue to love it. I am sure this knife will be in our family for many many years.

MY husband new favorite knife.

Got this knife for my husband as he is the cook in our house. He opened it and immediately loved the look. Started cutting food and was blown away with the out of the box sharpness. I actually use this working at a restaurant. I just wanted one to use thats mine. Ive been as well as some of the experienced very happy using this knife. Its light weight, very sharp, and fits great in hand. Highly recommended!

This knife is great! Sharp and sleek. Easy to handle, comfortable fit and lightweight. It cuts accurately and easily through all sorts of foods. I have cut up, meat, vegetables, fruits, and cheese. I like the wooden handle and sterling silver blade. It washes up easily, just be careful because it is really sharp. I like the packaging, it comes in its own sturdy box with magnetic closure, which is easy to open and still allows for safety and protection from the blade. It also came with a polishing cloth which I personally like, because I don't like marks or spots on my show wear. I would buy this brand of knife again.

The knife came really sharp. I got this knife for $25 from Amazon and I never knew how much a knife could change the way you cook. I was so surprised how well this knife cut through things. The handle is comfortable fit my hand, the wooden handle is not easy to slip from the hand, it works very well. We cut lemons, ginger, and garlic, the knife works really well than my other knives. Recommend for any cooks, 5 stars!

Well-balanced and good looking knife

Let’s be very clear, I paid for this knife. No freebie here to solicit a good review. I’ve been using this knife several weeks now and REALLY LIKE it—the sleek look of the handle, the overall look of the blade, the balance when handling, and it’s sharpness. Yes, you expect a knife to be sharp but I’ve been using a well-loved knife set that requires me to sharpen them often—so I enjoy not having to do it with this one. Simple pleasures. No complaints here, although I wish it came with a protective sheath. That said, I don’t mind treating it like the holy grail to make sure nothing touches the blade and dulls its sharpness. I’m pleased with my choice and believe most other buyers would be too.

Very impressed!

We are very impressed with this knife. Of course we have gone through a number of knives over the years and end up unable to even sharpen them back into use. I have never purchased a brand new knife that was THIS SHARP before! Time will tell if the edge holds but so far I am extremely pleased. It is very classy looking and makes me want to take extra care of it in special storage so the kids don't bang it up. We cut some onions today getting ready for thanksgiving holiday and I was amazed at how I could shave thin slices of the onion :0

Razor Sharp

These knives, I bought two, come in a nice display type box you can keep them in. They are sharp as a razor and have stayed that way for the first month since we got them. I really enjoy taking out of the drawer knowing they will cut easily...great job every time.

Comfortable to hold at handle

Thr blade is sharp, I cut the beef and potato, it is very easy to cut. Handle is comfortable to hold and slide and chop.It came with a really nice package box, good presentation. I like this chief knife.
