When I originally received this product I was not happy with it and it did not work well for me but I contacted customer service and they IMPROVED their product AND SENT ME A NEW ONE within 4- 5 days of receiving my return. The customer service is exceptional and the new product works a lot better. I still wish it was a little wider so it would fit better on my cricut but I am able to use these better. One suggestion I would make is that they should make a small hole at the top so that the mats can be hung. I am very satisfied with my new product for the price. I will buy again when I need them. Thank you so much!
