Used this to try a Christmas turkey...exceptional! Ordered a deep fryer cookbook, and this will be used quite often, with the extra fryer/steamer attachments, we plan to deep fry a lot. Next target is boneless ribeye roast for Easter. Very happy

There were a few hick-ups along the way with shipping but Eliza stepped up and handled every step smoothly and efficiently. I could not be happier with Eliza's service and support. As for the fryer, the large pot is a little thin for my liking but the over all package is a good deal and I prefer the design of no timer on the burner.
