Great keto product 👍

I ordered these and they have been great so far👍 I started the keto diet in mid October and was feeling sluggish. These have definitely helped. You take 2 once a day 20-30 minutes before a meal with a full 8 ounce glass of water. I take it in the A.m. I can really feel the difference in my energy level👍

My husband has been using these supplements along with others for a few weeks now. He plateaued on his weight loss and needed something to boost his system. These supplements not only do the trick but it doesn’t give you any jitters or stomach issues. It’s a great preventive for keto flu if you are starting the diet for the first time, too.

Once you get to Ketosis, this supplement is incredible!

So I began the keto diet more by word of mouth rather than actually understanding what you NEED to do. In the first ten or so day, I took the supplement and changed nothing expecting to lose weight, well not really. In order for these supplements to be effective, you need to get to the ketosis state, which is basically when your body starts utilizing fat as energy rather than carbs. So I augmented my diet and went to a full on keto, which sounds difficult but in all honesty, I am more full now than when I was eating tons of carbs. THEN I started to see this supplement do its magic. This supplement "supercharges" your keto diet being that in ketosis, your body already produces ketones, now add this and its like kicking it into overdrive. Today, about 20 days later, I need to wear a belt to keep my pants up and I can SEE a difference already and I am going into month 2. For me, no side effects at all (which is great) and I FEEL better. So if you think KETO is a bunch of marketing fluff, I have a few pairs of jeans heading to goodwill that would beg to differ.

Helps decrease appetite

This product is been very helpful. It’s helps decrease my appetite so I’m not always wanting to snack as well as gives a steady amount of energy so you don’t have the jitters. And I’m not on the keto diet but I am losing weight.

Great aid for the keto diet!

This is a great product! I have been on the keto diet for a while now trying to loose the baby weight and the pills have really helped boost the weight loss. I have more energy and they don't keep me up at night. They are easy to swallow and dont have a bad taste to them I would recommend these if your looking for a little extra help.

I saw this on shark tank and decided to give them a try!! Well it was very much worth it I can already tell a difference I have been slimming down and keeping it down. The pills are not to big in my opinion so easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad after taste.

I highly recommend the Keto program. We started the program 11 days ago and have lost almost a pound a day, plus Tracey has reduced her insulin usage by close to 70%.. We should have started this program months ago.

Watch what you eat.

These pills are doing what they are supposed to. Keep in mind that they will not help you on their own but with some effort from you. The way I use them is in combination with another brand and instead of taking two a day I take this one in the morning and the other one around noon. I also drink only water and don't eat much. They do curb the apetite and even if I don't remember seeing it in their description, but to me personally, they give me energy. I have a very active and not easy life style and the boost of energy comes in handy.

Great product

I have been on a weightloss journey for the passed year. Nothing has seemed to help up until 2 weeks ago. I started the keto diet and along with it I started taking these capsules. By day 2 of taking them I noticed I wasn't as hungry and had alot of energy. I do try and drink over 80oz of water daily just to stay hydrated. Really recommend this great product.
