this hose being rigid is a must for use with a tote, which is typically used at the camp site on unpredictable ground depending on the site. this hose doesn't have to be held up and can be customized in rigid length to suit needs. Several other campers borrowed our 42 gallon tote (which I highly recommend, get one big enough to hold all contents of your biggest tank plus a little wiggle room if possible) and used this hose and now everyone plans on upgrading to rigid hoses when the time comes. Rhino is the best!

It moved my poop from one place to another...

I mean, if you want to move poop from your camper to the dump site in style, this is it. I could have towed it behind my truck, but I wanted to walk it to the dump site myself. The stylish look, and ease makes it look good. Wheels are big, and the mouth on the tank is big; you know for the wife's turds and bundled up toilet paper. Great buy, and would buy again.

I did research into the other brands of these, i decided to purchase this 21 gallon model with Camco. It arrived in two days thank you Amazon Prime. It comes with everything I have needed. The large wheels and great at rocky and uneven terrain. When fully full it is quite heavy but not unmanageable. The built in clean out port and hose adapter for the other port really shows this is well though out. We have been rving on and off for two years and 23000 miles. We just now purchased one because of where we are parked and living for a few months. When ordering one keep in mind how much "water" weighs when these are full.

The shortest path from the black tank to the portable dump tank.

This hose was the perfect addition to aid in the weekly task of my favorite RV job. I can place the dump tank right under the RV dump valve, hook up the hose, pull the lever and let 'er rip. The short length is perfect. Before I bought this hose, I was using a full length hose, which was a chore. I no longer have to fight a long hose, which can be like wrestling an anaconda as the liquid gold is flowing from the holding tank. The hose seals up perfectly to the RV and the dump tank, which is great because you certainly don't want to lose a single drop of the valuable contents. If you are a lucky guy like me, living full time in an RV without full hookups, do yourself a favor and add this simple short hose to your arsenal of black tank attack weapons. You'll be glad you did.

It was like wrestling a wet noodle once I opened the valve ...

I bought a new 32 gallon tote and it came with about a 6' hose that I had to install the fittings on myself with large screw type clamps. It was like wrestling a wet noodle once I opened the valve and the hose blew off the fitting at the trailer causing me to wear a good portion of the grey tank. Glad it wasn't the black. My 20' hose is a Rhino and like it real well, so I looked to see what they had in a short hose. This 3 footer is just what I needed. It stretches from about 18" to about 3'. It's relatively stiff yet flexible and stays where you put it. No sags, just a straight shot into the tank. I only have to stretch it about 2". Fittings swivel to where you need them, but make sure you have them snugged up properly. I was looking it over out of the box, and twisted the fitting off the hose. They kind of thread back on but more importantly have a lock ring that makes sure it stays that way. Very happy with this hose. Well worth the money, and I won't be wrestling with the snake anymore (or wearing the contents of either tank)

High quality build.

This is a solid product. Used it to stay at in-laws house and dumped in septic clean out. I just sit it beside my motorhome and the high quality 3 ' hose reaches perfectly. I like a short hose for quick direct no sag filling and dumping. People complaining about the short hose: buy a longer one for goodness sake, they are not that expensive. I'm 67 and can pull the 36 gallon model full without much trouble. And the comments about no fill level indicator, for most campers its a simple math solution. For example if your black tank holds 40 gallons, dump it into a 36 gal Rhino when your campers level indicator shows black tank is 3/4 full. It won't over fill. No leaks from mine so far.

This is what you need if you dont have full hook up!

Wish I would have bought this sooner, its perfect for draining the gray and/or black tanks, well made and easy to use. So much better that what came with my camper, which was too large and cumbersome to hook up. With the Camco Rhino I am almost ready to go gloveless ( I said almost), this product has a very good fit and works exceptionally well with my portable waste tanks without the mess. Easily hooks back up to the drain stations in the county/state parks for easy cleaning of the camper.

2 Important things to know!!

Good quality build. Does the job very well and give it 5 stars. The large wheels make travel over bark, gravel, and dirt easy. We have a small step that it also has to roll over and does it fine, albeit heavy when full. There are a couple of things to know before buying that may affect your decision. 1. Due to the size it sits high. Depending on your clearance under your trailer it may cause an issue. For example for my purposes using this on a 2 acre parcel, I had to dig out a little so this would sit a couple inches lower. I do not consider it a fault of the product so no stars removed. But an important consideration for your application. 2. There is a metal tow handle. While moving by hand I use that on the front so that its extended. It is not a permanent attachment but fits into place and can move around. Using by hand without an extension was more difficult. A strap or other means to extend the front makes movement easier....think of pulling a roll on luggage onto a plane. The longer the handle the less likely your legs will hit it. Saves worry, trouble and time plus costs!!

Great quality product. Ordered this based on reviews from others who ordered waste totes. Being a disable person and relying on help of others find it helpful to try and get best I can at first. Well, I guess this is TOP quality and person who’s helping me out here has just received a brand new hose for himself! Yes, they’re seriously far better quality and not much more money. Save time and aggravation and a load of mess and trouble first and order these. You won’t be sorry and the price is great too.

Great for your Portable Pooper Mover !

You have to have one of these with female fittings at both ends, if you use a portable pooper mover. This one is solid, heavy duty and adjustable. I feel secure when I pull the handle and 35 gallons of family fun come rushing toward your portable tank. Doesn't leak a drop and it has covers for both ends when you are done.
