Unexpected limited utility

Do not expect it to work on a chair or sofa similar to a TV tray. The feet are too far forward and sit partially over the front edge of a chair(or sofa). and with any weight added it tilts forward. Also the legs are too far apart to even fit on a average chair with arms. To be fair, the photos do not show it being used on a chair or sofa. It probably works okay on a bed or on the floor as a child's table as shown. The quality of construction seems good to me, I just have issues with the design as related to using it as a lap tray. I simply wanted it to serve as a laptop desk while seated on my sofa and I am disappointed. ***After submitting the above review I was contacted by Avantree customer support. I was very surprised with their concern with my satisfaction and arranged to sent me the smaller version of the same laptop able. After receiving the mini table, It completely addressed my issue with the larger style. Not only am I very happy with the new table , I have nothing but good to say about Avantree after sale service.

A great upgrade from the table i had before.

First let me say the table i used to have was sturdy, strong and lasted a while but my main concern was mobility and compacting. With that being said this table was everything i was looking for and its adjustble for different hieghts and angles for specific uses like a tablet or laptop or even a breakfast table. I have a small room so i dont have a lot of space for a small office desk and a chair so this works well and its sturdier than i thought. I recommend this to everyone.

Perfection for Spina Bifida Problems!

It's perfect! I needed a table that could do three things: fit over my legs, hold my large laptop and tilt. I got all 3 in one and couldn't be happier. I have Spina Bifida and while I can still walk some, I have poor balance and can't feel anything from the waist down. So when sitting up to do something, I have to be propped against something and the legs naturally spread out wide for balance. If I were to forcefully hold them together, like a woman is supposed to sit, they'd start spasming (shaking but with pain) uncontrollably. So this wide table amazingly fit my needs there! I'd need it to tilt because I can't bend over things to either read or play... Pulls my spinal cord! When switching from laptop play to reading, I can make the tabletop rise and then tilt to comfortably read my books. I can't find a fault in it!! It's lightweight, the two pieces for the laptop come out and have their own little plugs to replace the empty holes. It's a perfect item.

Really impressed so far. The packaging was great, almost Apple Inc. like. See photos for more. It feels quite sturdy and is a great size for a laptop or writing. It raises to a very comfortable writing height. You could use it for just about anything. It looks quite nice and easily folds flat into a fairly thin size. There is a little ledge to hold items in place, but you don't have to install it. Like that flexibility. Too early to comment on durability, but first impressions were very positive.

Easy to use, quick to store; built well; compact for small areas

Context: I work at a desk, in front of a computer all day. I use a large laptop and attach a second monitor. The office decor is modern. I'm 5'6". I've used the product for 2 weeks. Review: I, like I would imagine most people, get tired of sitting. I researched a number of 'standing desks', which is a broad category, and found this one. It's perfect for my needs: 1. It fits the office's modern decor. Seems like a minor point but I would have gotten flack if I had purchased something that didn't look modern. 2. It's folds down, which makes for easy, quick, and out-of-the-way storage 3. It's compact and adjustable. At the lowest setting it works well for me and still allows me to use my second monitor. 4. It's seems to be built well

This is a life changer!!!

This was the best birthday gift I have EVER received.. you will never need a computer desk again. I am a pregnant graphic designer and my husband got it for me with one of those memory foam linenspa pillows with arm support, then i purchased a comfilife coccyx pillow, and i now can work again for hours on an end with perfect posture and my legs stretched & elevated. I am simply more comfortable than ever before! Getting rid of my desktop next, because I know i won’t be using it anymore even after pregnancy!

I've been looking for a laptop table for a while. I bought one before this which was useless. This table is exactly what I needed. For me, as being an Engineer and a Master degree student, I spent allot of time on my laptop. I needed a table which allows me to set in a correct posture to avoid neck pain. I was looking for a high quality table which has adjustable length and angle. This table satisfied my requirements. You can see in the picture the hight of the table. After fixing my laptop holder on the table, I don't have to look down on the screen. Also, I don't use the keyboard which comes with the laptop. My Bluetooth keyboard in a level that I can rest my arm comfortably on a pillow while typing. It is very convenient to be used on my bed.

AWESOME PRODUCT!

I usually wait about month before I review a product. But I just LOVE this Avantree Adjustable Laptop table!! It is VERY well built, VERY easy to adjust and use! It works extremely well in my "ladies" size recliner as well as the larger recliner. It works awesome on the couch and in bed! I use if for my computer which is a 17" laptop and by putting the edge of the laptop I get no overheating issues at all. I use it when I am doing my artwork of watercolor pencils drawing/painting and coloring. I use it for letter writing, doing my book work or reading. Even for eating on! I was a little hesitant about the price but not now! It is worth every penny! I highly recommend this laptop table. And now am excited because I am getting two for both our granddaughters birthday's in March. (One will be college bound in the fall the other is a sophomore). I also know so many I am recommending this too. Thank you Aventree for a great product!
