Works well, easy to clean, nice semi-dense froth

This is my first frother and I was not sure what to expect from a home machine. I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I wanted the option of hot and cold. I wanted something that was easy to clean and didn't take up alot of counter space. This unit met my criteria. I received it a few days ago and have been using every morning. It makes a nice fairly dense froth with just enough liquid left to pour into the coffee. I experimented with flavored milk, almond milk, skim milk and 1% milk and all seemed to work just fine. The inside is non-stick and cleans up really nicely. A nice feature is there are two frother tips and the spare one snaps into the cover so it won't get lost! It comes with a little cleaning brush to help clean out the spring frother. The only problem I have had is the marks for the max levels are difficult to see (especially in the morning before coffee!) :-) Simple push button start - not a lot of choices (hot or cold) which is fine with me. I would recommend this unit to those who want to try out home frothing and don't want anything too complicated.

This milk frother is by far the favorite product I have bought in years I love the foamy milk coffee drinks and I can add stevia instead of sugar. Buy this if you can. I love it. It cleans easily too.

The trick is knowing which whisk to use - there are only two

Almost returned this, thinking that you needed a whisk inside the lid as well as on the inside bottom because my other smaller Nespresso frother requires the magnetic field between one inside the lid and one at the bottom. The trick with my Nespresso was that occasionally you hd to invert the cup overnight to realign the magnet. This is not the case with this one. If you want mostly froth, detach the circular wire whisk that comes inside the lid. Remove the solid black whisk that comes in the bottom of the cup and replace it with the one that came attached inside the lid. If you want mostly warm milk and a small amount of froth, leave the solid black one in the bottom. It is too bad the solid black one will not store inside the lid so I bagged it and attached it with tape to the cord so I wouldn't lose it. The directions are a bit confusing as I thought it came with 3 whisks but there are only two: solid black for mostly warm milk and circular wire if you want mostly froth. You only need one or the other attached to the inside bottom of the cup. A great way to clean is to quicky rinse with water, empty, add more water and turn it on. When it stops, empty and wipe with a paper towel. Never submerge it in water. I hope this helps others because this is a great frother!

A friend who has the expensive brand name frother used this at my house and loved it also! glad I purchased it and saved the money versus the expensive models that do the same thing... the price point is amazing.

Good Quality milk frothed

Great Milk Frother. Thick milk foam. Very good for home made Latte. Better than the one I purchased in Westfield. Lol

Works perfectly!

I've worked at three different coffee shops (I even managed a Starbucks for a bit) since 1992, and I've owned dozens of home coffee brewers and espresso/cappuccino makers over the years. I know and love coffee! But lately I've been wanting to clear some counter space, and my big, fancy, expensive Breville Barista Express just doesn't work the way it used to. So I thought, hey, I'll go back to a basic Moka pot for my coffee...and maybe one of those electric milk frothing pitchers. I'd never tried these pitchers before, so I looked closely at all the ones Amazon recommends, and I read tons of customer reviews before deciding on this one. And it works like a dream! It's sturdy and quiet, and it comes with two attachments--one for lattes (which will give you more milk than froth) and one for cappuccinos (which will give you more froth than milk). It also froths cold milk but I haven't tried that feature and I'm not sure I'll ever need it, but who knows. Cleaning it is easy because the interior is non-stick, but DO clean it immediately after use! Absolutely don't submerge the unit in water, but do swish a little tap water around inside and pour it out, then wipe out the interior with a damp sponge or paper towel. You'll find that there's a little "skin" of milk on the bottom, which is totally normal. This will peel right up. Then swish a little more clean water in there, pour it out, and wipe with a dry paper towel. Voila. Love this thing!

Very convenient

I am very pleasantly surprised at how well the frother works. The instructions are very simple to follow and quick to understand. The milk steams and froths very quickly. This machine is easy to use, and easy to clean due to the non-stick surface. That being the case, I was able to put in the water, milk, and matcha tea powder all at once and let the machine do the heating and blending.

Milk sticks to bottom--UPDATE

Easy to use, just pour in milk and press button. However, the milk doesn't get that hot but still scorches on the bottom. Would not buy again. ***UPDATE: I am giving 5 stars for customer service. The seller has been in contact with me for more information and sent a new frother. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet so I can't comment on operation. But customer service far exceeds expectations and I will not hesitate to order from the seller again. Thank you, Sayeso!
