Hoping for good customer service - UPDATE it was!

My 4 year old son earned this train and was so excited when it arrived. Within 3 weeks, the motor has stopped working and the engine no longer moves. We’ve replaced the batteries so we know that’s not the issue. I have reached out to customer service and am waiting a response. Hoping to get this fixed as my son worked very hard for this train and is very upset it’s out of commission. *UPDATED to 5 stars - wrote to them on Friday. By Wednesday, they replaced the entire train, not just the broken part. One happy little boy over here!

Great train for the price

It won’t withstand rough play from toddlers but that is understandable. Great train for the $ while it lasted.

I am going to use this train to showcase my trip to Alaska and the train rides there. This will be displayed during a festival for us Indians called Navarathri. The train came yesterday and I wanted to check how to use it so I could contact the seller if needed. Assembly was very easy and the train ran perfectly. Thank you so much!

Here’s how to disable the sound: !!!!!

Train works great. But the sound is way too loud !! To disable use the screwdriver that you used to put in the batteries that wasn't listed you needed to have in the product. Take out all the screws necessary to access the bottom of the train. The motor is in the back bottom the sound is in the middle bottom( the circular part w holes on the exterior piece). All you need to do is cut a yellow cord just one is necessary to turn it off. Don’t cut the red one. And it’s turned off!!! and you won’t miss it it’s horrible!!!

It is small and not an elaborate train set but fun!

It was a fun Christmas treat for our 5 grandchildren around our Christmas tree!

A big hit

Bought to put around the Christmas tree and oh boy was this a hit with the little ones! Had a bit of a hard time getting the track to line up and set correctly but, those things happen
