Whoa!!!!!

This was 100% what I was missing from my keto diet. In keto, people constantly say how important electrolytes are. Until recently, I have ignored this information. I have been doing keto with intermittent fasting for the last 3 months. I have been steadily losing weight but I felt weak, foggy, dizzy and just 'meh'. People make keto sound like you will literally be on another plane of existance and I just felt lethargic. I took one of these while at work and.... whoa. Just.... wow. In like 30 minutes I felt like every benefit of keto happened at once. My mood flipped. I was more awake and alert. I was motivated. I have actually re-checked the label numerous times to make sure there wasn't anything crazy in there. I had a coworker (she's very fit and lean) try them to make sure it wasn't in my head and now she's getting her own as a pre-work because she felt so good. A product has to be really good or really bad for me to right an amazon review and I simply cannot say enough good things about this product.

I tend to dehydrate easily and have tried a number of different electrolyte supplements. Loved the addition of Real Salt and additional minerals. I had a headache after a strenuous workout and these took that right away. I will keep these on hand. Price was great and the product does just what I needed.

I’m part of the Utah County Chain Gang and started using this supplement while training indoors. I’ve gone through a lot of supplements and they all seem to be the same. So far I’ve been really happy with this and it’s sold at a great price. It was delivered quickly and has been a great supplement for a perfect price!

Exactly what I expected

My roommate told me about this product and told me to give it a go. I am usually pretty sceptical when it comes to pills, but after looking into the contents I realized it doesn't have any added fillers and is using all natural products. I liked that. So I bought it. I was excited to see how an electrolyte supplement like this would work. I have been using it and I would recommend drinking a lot of water with it, but it is a solid product. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

No more feet/toe spasms

I bought the electrolyte supplements because of getting constant cramps in my feet and occasional leg cramps, which I believe was caused by my Keto diet. I haven't had any issues over the last few days, so I can assume that the supplements are doing as advertised.

Exactly what I needed

I was recommended to use these supplements from a coworker to help me with staying hydrated. I usually don’t drink enough water throughout the day because I stay busy all day. Cured the Keto Flu AND Many Other Benefits!!

I have been in Ketosis for probably about 3 months now. Additionally, I began exercising by cycling 3 times a week. I started to notice my mouth being dry all of the time, slight dizziness/ light headedness at times, abnormal fatigue levels, and increased heart rate. All the tell-tale signs of keto flu/ dehydration/electrolyte imbalance! This product has cured ALL of those symptoms! A few hours after taking the first tablet, my mouth was already less dry! Also, I am sleeping better, heart rate feels normal again, increased energy levels during exercise and throughout the day, and increased mental clarity and focus! I love this product for the endurance

One of the things I struggle on is endurance in swimming. I've used this product a number of times to test it out versus not using it and see an overall difference. The price is also right and was able to get the product super fast!
