I love using this tote board for drying my work (after painting - watercolor, acrylic, gouache, ink, e.g.) and also for sketching then painting my pieces on my lap. The board is light weight, the perfect size, and easily portable. I recommend this board for artists of all ages across numerous mediums.
I love the light weight of this board and the little handle. It is a most convenient size..,easy to store. The only complaint is the rubber band at the bottom...that definitely will not last long. I can tape my paper to the backside and use the clip part as a little lift to give the board an angle. Very pleased. Wish I had foundthese earlier.
Bought two of these for the kids to do homework on (our kitchen table isn't smooth at all). They work great for that and the kids like them so much they take them out to do their coloring and drawing, as well.
I use it as a lap desk for calligraphy, drawing, coloring, diamond artwork, journaling, reading and more. Definitely works well for many different hobbies. Definitely on my gifting list.

I do watercolors I can get it wet and it takes it without any problem - dries out perfectly. it stains, but who cares? Looks more artsy that way, I guess. I like this board a lot and highly recommend it.
I wanted a simple portable drawing board to use when I don't have access to a table and this is it. Smooth surface and just the right feel. Very nice finish and well done.
I brought this product to save my table. And it does! One thing that I am not satisfied is the hole is at the bottom when you put the clamp on your left. Feel like it’s not for right-handed.
